• Location and price.
• Swimming pool was not available.

• Bad service, bad parking, not a good location.

“We stayed two nights, after the first that morning they tried to clean the room at 9:00 am - we did not go to sleep until 3:00 am - I have never heard of cleaning at 9:00 am then after they tried to come in our room with only a knock we got rid of them they called on the phone 2 minutes later - no parking because they let these trucks with trailers take up all the spaces.”

• Close to major road.
• Felt more like a motel than a hotel. Didn't have a warm feel to it.

“This place felt like a motel. It worked for a short stay over, but I wouldn't want to plan a vacation there. Seemed to have nicer places around it, though not many. I'd stay across the street in the other best western next time. This place wasn't horrible though.”

• Very clean and cheap.
• Hot tub and pool were both closed.

“I liked the price, quality, and convenience of this hotel. The only thing I was unhappy with was the hot tub and pool being closed.”
