• bathroom needs renovation

“The desk clerk was courteous and helpful.The room was clean, but I feel that the bathroom area needed more attention. The continental breakfast was very good.”

• room a/c was broken only one vent was working so room was hot at night
• location was great and easy to get on and off hwy

“The hotel staff was good except for one person who manned the front desk the last day. An older guy with a grey moustache (can't recall his name). He was terribly rude to my wife and would not even admit to that. He kept going about how no one can teach him how to talk. Amazing that they would keep such a person. The rooms were ok.”

“The Sleep Inn San Antonio hotel that my husband and I stayed at was just adequate. The room wasn't as clean as it should have been. The bed linen has a long hair in it, luckily we travel with our own bed linen for the same reason. The second night we were there, there was a roach crawling up the wall! But I guess for $33 a night in a prime location, beggars can't be choosers.”

“The Sleep Inn in San Antonio was clean and comfortable, the surroundings were pleasant. The staff was OUTSTANDING, making every effort to make our stay an excellent one. It exceeded my expectations in every way.”
