  • The free breakfast buffet the evening reception.
  • They should also have an outdoor pool.

“We totally enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Room was comfortable and clean. No noise and staff was helpful and friendly.”

Cleanliness:[9] • Staff:[9] • Location:[9]

  • Serene setting in interior courtyard, inside pool/spa.
  • Had troubles with the door keys. Staff always corrected quickly and politely.

“Nice hotel with polite friendly staffing. The evening manager's social and the morning hot breakfast added to the conveniences. Front desk personnel were expedient, polite, and friendly for all of my visits.”

Cleanliness:[8] • Staff:[9] • Location:[8]

  • Great free breakfast/ room service was fast and excellent.
  • The TV's need to modernized to allow video game hookups.

“The free breakfast was cooked to order. If you bring your video game system for the kids or yourself you have to bring your own adapter for the TV as they did not have the proper hook ups, old TV's and get the hotel maintenance unhook the cable for you. The room was big and very quiet, with a comfortable bed.”

  • I liked the location.
  • The worst breakfast I have ever had at an Embassy Suites.

“Older property, good location. Kids constantly playing on the elevators. Bad breakfast. The hotel was not very clean. The beds are hard and uncomfortable and yet we were charged for a three star hotel.”

  • Great "bonus features" (free snacks/drinks, excellent breakfast).
  • Phone in bedroom didn't work.

“Love it - 2nd time there in a month due to my son's ear surgery. Clean, beautiful, nice staff, wonderful food, great room layout, kids loved the snacks, room service and arcade downstairs. Good location and very safe. Actually had sweet memories created with my family there.”

Cleanliness:[3] • Staff:[8] • Location:[4]

  • Very friendly front desk staff. Helpful.
  • Cleanliness of the hotel overall was way under expectations.

“When we arrived, the window to the room was open. Everything in the room was moist from the humidity outside. Breakfast was sub-par for an embassy suite. The next day when we entered our room after housekeeping had straightened it, we noticed an unbearable odor that smelled like rubber cement. We cancelled the final 2 nights of our 3-night stay, and took our chances with availability somewhere else.”

  • I felt the staff was very professional, the room was clean and spacious, and the evening buffet was surprisingly good.
  • The business center only had two computers and usually children were playing computer games, thereby making me wait for a computer.

“The hotel is a great value, with spacious rooms and a nice Manager's reception in the evening. The staff was very courteous, and I did not encounter any problems during my staff. My only concern, I did not bring my laptop, so I went to the business center to check my e-mail. The room was very small, and it only had two computers. The computers were usually occupied with children playing computer games, watching music videos, or viewing their my space accounts.”

  • Average looking on the outside but breath taking inside.
  • No bad comments from this guy.

“My stay at the embassy suites was awesome. The inside of the hotel was beautiful; the complimentary breakfast was delicious and the free happy hour from 5:30 pm till 7:30 pm was a great start for my evening. I would totally recommend anyone to stay at the Embassy Suites Hotel. Anything else would be uncivilized.”

Cleanliness:[10] • Staff:[10] • Location:[10]

  • Atrium-like, fountain, like walking into a jungle. My family loved it.
  • Count tell the hotel was older, but it had a lot or renovations.

“We will never stay anywhere but an Embassy Suites from now on. The cook-to-order breakfast was wonderful! The liveliness of the lobby/main area was like a jungle with all of the trees, plants, huge fountain. Beautiful! My family loved it.”

Cleanliness:[9] • Staff:[9] • Location:[9]

  • Room was large and beds were comfy. Room service meal was great, buffet not so great.
  • The swimming pool.

“The cook to order breakfast was good with a large selection of items. However, the tables weren't bussed in a timely manner so it was hard to find seating. I stayed at this hotel specifically for the indoor pool and was hugely disappointed in it. It has way too much chlorine in it. The shallow end is way too small and not shallow enough for children - I believe that most of the shallow end was 4' 6'' and the deep end was 8'.”

  • Suite concept.
  • Difficult to get to.

“Due to freeway construction it is very difficult to get to and from this hotel. I would imagine this to be the case through 2007. Otherwise an excellent hotel.”

  • Bus full of kids making noise a 1:00am, called front desk and it got quiet in about 15 minutes.

  • Elegance, clean, comfortable.
  • Rudeness with the front desk staff.

“I was disappointment because they told me that I was getting 2 rooms plus the living room , and at the hotel they told me that this hotel doesn't has that, I talked with somebody of procaine and he told me was I described above.”

Cleanliness:[10] • Staff:[9] • Location:[10]

  • Very clean.
  • Not helpful .

“My child had vomit around 3am that morning all over the bed ,my room only had on king bed. I call housekeeping and told them what had happen , they said that someone will bring me some more sheet, no one never came. Myself and my 2 kids had to sleep on the sofa bed which was very uncomfortable to us. I told the manger the next morning she told me that I should have call the front offices, but to me it doesn't matter who I call, housekeeping is for sheets. The manger came me 50% off my bill, I should have got a night free, because that night everything was wrong they gave me room over the ballroom the music was every loud I couldn't sleep. If they would had told me my room was over a ballroom I wouldn't have taking that room. My room # 201. This is not good for the hotel.”

Cleanliness:[9] • Staff:[6] • Location:[7]

  • Nice, clean hotel, most of staff friendly.
  • Got in late & didn't find the man at the front desk friendly.

“Hotel was nice, clean, with most of staff very friendly. Very crowded, elevator's slow & small. Not enough luggage carts so we were forced to carry luggage, which was difficult because elevators were so small & crowded.”

  • The ambiance of Embassy Suites was fantastic! I loved the look of the hotel as well as the room size. The indoor pool was a plus.
  • Since there was no fitness center, I felt they should've offered a complimentary pass to the fitness facility around the corner.

“I would definitely return to this hotel. The Spanish features were beautiful, as well as how the hotel was built with French doors from the suites opening to the atrium. The rooms were spacious & inviting, and the service was good. My kids loved this place - especially the indoor pool.”

  • They let me check out early.
  • Not clean, air not working well, elevator not working well.

“I had heard great things about Embassy Suites. and from the outside they usually look great. This one was in a bad part of town, and not well kept up. I was unfamiliar with the location. There were many families there, and it was really dirty. There was dust on the furniture in my room, and my son's room was uncomfortable hot. We moved to the Homewood Suites at the Riverwalk. It was a better value and a much nicer place to stay.”

Cleanliness:[10] • Staff:[10] • Location:[9]

  • Excellent breakfast facilities and staff.
  • Due to highway construction, inconvenient ingress/egress.

“This is an excellent, well-maintained facility with a friendly staff. If one is planning a family Six Flags / Sea World trip, it is convenient to both. It is also very easy to work in the Northwest "medical" area from this location. Restaurants abound near here, and the price is well within acceptable limits.”
