“I requested a room with two beds. When we checked in I was told the hotel did not have any double bed rooms available. I was staying with my husband and two young children. One bed just wouldn't do...I wasn't about to sleep on the floor. We spent the entire day at a theme park and we were all extremely tired and just wanted to shower and get in bed. After speaking to the manager she was able to get us into a room with one king bed and a pull out sofa. We settled for this, but was still very upset that our request wasn't accommodated.”

• Good location, good staff, and great gym.
• No free Internet, no small refrigerator in room.

• Good location, and nice area.
• Rooms need updating, bathroom was not in great condition.

“Overall, hotel is nice, just needs some updating in the rooms. Would not classify as a 4-star deluxe, more like a 3 to 3.5 star at best.”

• Elevator noise.

“ Hotel in need of overall repairs: first room toilet did not flush, second room both sink faucets leaked, dirty spots on wall and ceiling above TV, carpet snags and spots, sheets/comforter stained with something black, chipped and peeling finish around mirror, could hear the elevator motors every time the elevator moved. ”

• Comfortable bed!
• The room we were in had a faulty light switch, and no flat panel TV's.

“Enjoyed our brief stay at the Omni. Very professional staff answered all my questions. Our room had a few minor problems (bad light switch) and there was no fridge. Since we were only staying one night I didn't feel the need to switch rooms, but for the price we paid through priceline.com the Omni met my 4 star expectations.”

“I inquired of two queen beds and a microwave with the actual hotel rep - upon arrival they offered me a king bed without the microwave included and I had to request to speak with the manager to almost be provided with, what I previously requested.”

• I loved the wait staff in the restaurant. They were very helpful and accommodating.

“ The rooms were nice enough--no DVD player. I was on business but my wife and daughter were traveling with me for their Spring Break. The bathroom was extremely small. Nice shuttle service and drivers. ”

• Chlorine in indoor pool area burned eyes, could not get king size bed. would have liked continental breakfast.

• The indoor pool.
• The room temperature of the indoor pool area was a bit cool the first day.
