• The desk clerk nice.
• Dirty.

“This hotel was dirty, smelled bad, and had no food at the complementary breakfast. I would not recommend to anyone. Horrible! Horrible!”

• There was nothing to like about this hotel or its staff.
• Front desk girls were very rude and not helpful.

“I would not recommend this hotel for anyone. The rooms were old and not maintained. Bullet holes in walls. No breakfast was ready.”

• Nothing at all. It was the dirtiest most hideous place to stay at.
• Dirty.

“The carpet in the rooms was dirty. There were ashes on one of the beds in one of our rooms. Not to mention we were moved twice because the AC units weren't cooling. Place so dirty and made us feel so uncomfortable. We went to Wal-Mart to buy sheets to put on the beds over the dirty bedding the hotel had.”

• A bus stopped at the corner near the hotel.
• Staff did not care; other guests were often low lives.

“Not a place to look forward to staying unless you are exhausted. Crummy, distant neighborhood.”

• We left with at least ten other guests who were totally disgusted with this nasty place!

“This place is nasty! The staff is completely rude. There was something growing in the shower. The toilet overflowed every time you flushed. The sheets were dirty. We were stuck in a room with one bed and my wife and two kids. There was no floor space and the hotel would not bring us any extra pillows or blankets. I would stay away from this dump!”

• The staff was friendly!
• Room was dirty, 4 towels 7 people.

“It is perfect if you are day labor and don't care about were you sleep! Because it was not a good experience for me or my friends or children! It was by far the worst motel I have ever stayed at! The in room food delivery service charged us a fee and we didn't get all of our food they charged us for! So we ate elsewhere! I will not refer this motel to anyone!”

• The staff was friendly.
• Too many things did not work in the room.

“While checking in, several people were complaining about their rooms. One said the A/C didn't work another the fan didn't work and others said they didnt have from towels in their room to any toilet paper. Well, as we got in our room I tried the toilet and it didn't flush. I went and asked to get it fixed and the man said he could fix it. So they put us in another room which the A/C was turn off and this was already 10 PM. The room didn't get cool until 3 in the morning and we felt miserably.”

• It had a nice deck around the pool.
• Needs major updating and remodeling.

“Needs to be remodeled. Stayed three nights. First day we had no hot water. Staff at front desk wasn't very friendly, they were short and rude. Housekeeping on the other hand was very friendly and helpful.”

• Close to major roads and resturants.
• WiFi did not work in the rooms. Had to use it in the lobby.

“The staff including cleaning crew were exceptionally friendly and eager to please. Unfortunately the building is in need of upgrading. The appliances in the room also need updating. The first room I was in had the refrigerator tucked in the corner near the stove and the door opened the wrong way. A full size adult could not open the door and reach inside.”

“I was traveling with my husband and 2 young children. I requested a room with 1 queen size bed and no room for anything else. No one at the hotel would help me in changing that room to one with 2 double beds. We had to go stay at a different hotel and pay for another room.”

• By the freeway.
• No fresh towels, microwave doesn't wk for both rooms.

“Floor was disgustingly dirty. No fresh towels where replaced even after calling the front desk. We have 2 toddlers. Microwave did not work for both rooms so we were not able to give them warm milk. Sons allergic ignited due to dust and dirt in the environment. My feet was black after walking bare footed in the room. Oh, breakfast was closed before the posted close time and we Had to ask them for food, fork, and napkin. And at check out, they couldn't find our 2nd room to check out. They said that they couldn't find us in the system.”

“1st we were greeted by an inhospitable desk clerk. The door did not lock because it appeared to have been kicked in. The microwave, stove, shower, bathtub, and toilet did not work. We did not know this until we woke the next morning to try to freshen up.”

• The room smelled of stale alcohol.

“The room was not in good condition - smelled of stale alcohol and dirty carpeting - also, the mattress was absolutely shot and sagged terribly. The lobby was actually quite nice and the breakfast nice, too, but the room was absolutely terrible.”

• Had a full size refrigerator and stove.

“In this hotel stay, we had a late check in and after calling to inform the hotel of the late check in they had to scramble to find us a room. Then when they cleaned the rooms in the mornings, if you used towels, they took the dirty ones and didn't replace them. The bathroom sink leaked underneath ruining some personal items. On the last full day they came into the room and then didn't even make the bed. Upon checking out, we told them of the issue of the sink and they had nerve enough to say, 'Do you want us to fix it?' Of all of my hotel stays this one was the most disappointing stay yet.”
