• Perfect location for fiesta Texas.
• AC and freezer were not working to my expectations.

“Nice but it would have been better if above items were in better working condition. It was a hot day.”

• I liked the refrigerator; microwave and kitchen sink in the room.
• The plumbing in the bathroom sink was backed up.

“Overall, the Quality Inn Suites at Fiesta Park was very comfortable, and we were a short drive away from plenty of restaurants, shops, an Imax movie theater, and Fiesta Texas.”

• Nice rooms and amenities.
• Very poor service.

“Overall hotel and room was very nice and clean. Service was very poor. Ran out of food 2 mornings at continental breakfast. Did not have extra blankets or pillows to offer. Staff seemed indifferent to customers needs.”

• It was conveniently located, very close to the freeway but not directly off it.
• The bedcover was torn and the carpet was extremely dirty.

“It served the main purpose of sleeping. My kids skipped their bath/shower because the tub was very grimy. The carpet was stained and my kids socks (white) were dirty by the time they got dressed just from walking around the room.”

• No Internet in room as advertised.

“For the price, and the fact that Internet signal does not reach the room, forcing one to go to the lobby, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. They have a strange policy of not making up any bed that has personal items on it (we had a throw blanket and a small bag on one bed and they left it un-made - upon questioning, they informed me of their policy). Also, there was a problem in that the hot water pipe sprung a leak at the lavatory, spewing hot water out onto the carpet. I considered this to be serious and informed the desk before 8 am. It was never repaired or the wet carpet cleaned up before my departure the following day, although they offered to move us to a new room, which I declined.”

• Convenient location to my needs.
• Poor condition, very noisy, breakfast was minimal.

“This hotel had no functioning ice machines, no functioning wireless Internet (even though this was advertised), the plumbing was poor, the air conditioner was not sufficiently adjustable, it was noisy, and we never had enough towels each day. The breakfast was usually out of many items, even though the breakfast time was only half over. ”

• Price.
• Needed upkeep, maintenance, real breakfast and a realistic description; also a better map.

“Not what the web describes. The lock on my door was loose, cracks in the walls, my "non-smoking room" was a smoking room with air freshener. And the "continental breakfast" was whatever baked goods were on sale at Wal-Mart along with some other hotel's coffee from the day before. And if you call for directions be sure to call again to confirm the location--it may change.”

• We were very impressed with the size of the room with the sleeping & kitchen accommodations.
• The hide-a-bed was broken, but it was still usable.

“We have stayed in many hotels in the San Antonio area and have never been as pleased with the size of the room and the location for the money ever. It was much more spacious than we ever expected and we were able to use the kitchen and dresser and feel like we weren't living out of suitcases and coolers. It was more like home away from home and it was much closer to Sea World and Fiesta Texas than we thought it would be. IT WAS GREAT!! We plan to book that same hotel from now on if it is available. I have already referred a coworker to that hotel that will be visiting there in a month and he already booked it for 4 nights. We WILL be back!!”
