• I liked that I didn't see any bugs and my bed was made before 9am and also no one stole anything.
• The coffee makers was made in 1800, microwave had no way of being plugged in. The price was too much, the fridge didn't work.

“Its nice to stay in my wife was graduating military training. Hotel was not bad just the price and the fridge didn't really work but overall they have HBO and the room was clean. Breakfast wasn't great about average. Only had cereal and sweets. Can't complain but could've been better. But I recommend to anyone who want to be near Lackland AFB and they do have great customer service.”

• It was convenient to where we wanted to be.
• The remote control did not work, a cricket kept us up most of the night.

• We enjoyed the hot tub.
• The location was bad. Used car lot right in front of motel.

“The cleanliness was there, but the bed was horrible. Cigarettes burns on countertops. The bathroom was really small. The area did not seem very safe.”

“The entire place was filthy, not enough towels and washcloths provided and all were dingy and dirty and stunk as were the bed linens. There was snot (or whatever) smeared all over the walls of the shower. The shower drain didn't work, so by the time you were finished with your shower, you were standing in ankle deep water. The entire staff was rude and completely unfriendly. We were given a smoking room when a nonsmoking room was requested and so between the filth and the smoke, all of our belongings stunk by the time we left. The walls must be paper thin, because we heard every noise from every adjoining room and were pretty sure the people above us would be joining us at any moment through the ceiling! There was a junky car lot next to the motel parking lot which was separated by a razor fence, not so comforting! And lastly, we ended up checking out a day earlier than we planned and the motel manager charged us for an extra regardless and charged us for only the nights we actually stayed, then made up some story about how we told him we were leaving and going to stay at a different motel (which was not the truth, we were just going home). So, we ended up paying for a night at a dump that we didn't even stay! We were so frustrated by this time that we didn't have the energy to argue any further, and we can't speak Spanish and couldn't understand him anyway so we gave up. I wouldn't recommend this motel to my worst enemy! I think this place should be shut down.”

• Friendly staff.
• Cockroaches-crickets-bugs. Will never stay there again.

“In the light of its very reasonable pricing, the motel was clean, good location and friendly staff except rooms have bugs. Will never stay there again.”

• Pool was okay.
• Crickets on floor, unclean sheets, poor location, and poor breakfast.

“This hotel was filthy, the pool was okay, but the sheets were unclean, the room had bugs, there was no HBO as stated online and the rooms smelled unclean. The floor had not been swept and it was very poorly vacuumed. Would not recommend. The neighborhood was kind of scary.”

• It had a refrigerator.
• The smell in the hotel room was disgusting.

“This hotel is not for traveling with small children if you are going to be spending a lot of time at the hotel. We basically just slept there because we spent our days at Sea World. It was clean for the star rating but the neighborhood is not very nice.”

“I don't like to be a complainer but the smoke alarm was dangling from he celling. There was stains on the mattress and the room was very smelly. And the telephone wires were extremely dirty, and very old.”

• Room service every day, good breakfast and nice clean pool.
• The water pressure was a little poor.

“The hotel in all was a pleasant experience I enjoyed having access to the pool area and the deck by the pool was relaxing with the swing they had. Also the b-b-que pit was a plus!”
