• Variety and prices of restaurant.

• Wonderful view and pools.
• Some rooms do not have a view.

“Very secluded and elegant hotel. Ideal for relaxation. However, you really need a map to move around.”

• Outstanding, friendly service.
• Bathroom needed repair - the ceiling paint was peeling and there was some mold on the wall paper.

• Beautiful area.
• No view from our room. It was not well cleaned.

• Staff did not get a crib in room after 3 requests.

• Just an absolutely lovely place with good restaurants & magnificent views of the Texas hill country.
• Self parking little inconvenient.

“Absolutely a wonderful place. We travel somewhat frequently & enjoyed our stay at the Westin as much as anywhere we've ever stayed.”

• The sceneries and the staff were great.
• The pictures online of the rooms were very misrepresenting.

• it was convenient to the location I was visiting
• room was not ready by the time I arrived at 4:30pm, my room view was totally obstructed by construction materials; check in/out very lengthy wait

“Not enough hotel staff to check clients in/out; room not ready; I got a room with construction scaffolding on my window. I was double charged for room. Other clients were at desk complaining every time I walked by.”

• The hotel was convenient to our activities planned for the 4th of July
• There seemed to be a lot of children running around the hotel lobby
