  • It was a place to sleep.
  • Beds were not made and rooms a mess.

“Staff tried to charge more at check in for children & beds were not made and rooms were a mess.”

  • The location.
  • The accommodations.

“I went to the staff and told them about it and they changed it to one on the second floor. I requested one on the second floor and they told us that there were not any. Little they knew that there were six other couples that were staying in the hotel, because of our recommendation and that they arrived after us. They all received double queen rooms on the first floor. The staff just lied to us, they gave us a room without microwave, no refrigerator, and two televisions (none of them worked). I did not want to make any more issues about it, but I was very displeased with their performance. I have stayed in the same place before and never had that attitude displayed by the staff before.”

  • I really didn't like the hotel that much. The room wasn't dirty.

“The hotel has outside rooms and I prefer going through a lobby to get to the rooms. The breakfast consisted of cereal, bagels, donuts, and orange or apple juice. The room was not as dirty as it appears from the exterior but I have stayed in better rooms. The hotel staff could care less if you were having a good stay or not, not very friendly. The location wasn't bad but there is a lot of construction in the area. Parking is inadequate. The pool is below standard.”

  • Nothing.
  • The clerks were unfriendly and rude.

“I booked a room with 2 queen beds. When I arrived I had to wait 30 minutes while the person in front of me argued with the clerk about booking a room with 2 queen beds and being given a room with a king bed. When it was my turn I was told the same thing, their computer showed I booked a king. I showed the man my reservation and it made no difference. The next morning I had to be at the hospital very early because my uncle was having a kidney transplant. My daughter took me to the hospital and returned to the hotel. Later that morning my daughter, my grandson, and my friend, (we had shared the room), were loading the car when my grandson shut the door to the room leaving the room key, the car keys, purses, cell phones inside the room. When they went to the front desk to get another key to the room they were told no, they had no ID's. Finally the hotel clerk called me at the hospital to get my permission to let them in the room. While they were in the lobby waiting they witnessed 2 more people being told they had to pay extra to get the room they had booked because the hotel computer said something different. I have never had so much trouble in my life!”

  • Comfortable beds.
  • Ants, cot not available after being told it would be no microwave, no refrigerator, very small pool, ice machine 0 capacity.

“The room was small. The beds were comfortable and clean. Overpriced. Ants in the bathroom. The pool was the size of a large bathtub. No refrigerator, microwave or cot.”

  • Free continental breakfast.
  • Seemed priced a bit high for what you get, TV was fuzzy.

“The hotel was mostly clean and the employees were kind. It was fine for staying one night.”

Cleanliness:[6] • Staff:[4] • Location:[6]

  • Close to sea world.
  • Price was too expensive for value of hotel and rooms. Pool is very small.

“Rooms recently remodeled, but bathroom walls not completely finished. Lobby too small for having breakfast, not enough tables and chairs. Pool very small, too small. Not worth the money paid. But OK.”

Cleanliness:[3] • Staff:[6] • Location:[6]

  • It was close to sea world.
  • The box spring was stained in all three rooms we rented & breakfast was stale & old.

“If you don't mind stained beds it was fine.”

Cleanliness:[6] • Staff:[5] • Location:[6]

  • The beds were comfy.
  • The pool was dirty and very small. We never had enough towels and had to ask for more every day.

“I probably would stay somewhere else.”

Cleanliness:[8] • Staff:[8] • Location:[6]

  • I liked the set up, there was a table and chair to which was good for eating.
  • There was no Iron, or Ironing board, and no coffee pot in the room.

“I felt overall that the stay was pleasant. There was although a lot of noise from the other rooms until late night, people drinking out on the balcony, and no management in sight. The location was ok, but there was a lot of construction, so that was kind of a hassle.”
