• Very friendly staff and clean rooms.
• AC was not very cool and the bathroom vent fan need repair.

“There seemed to always be some kind of law enforcement presence around the hotel though and we saw no problems at all. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The on-site restaurant was very good and had reasonable rates. We enjoyed our stay there and would not hesitate to stay there again.”

• The room felt roomy enough and the decor wasn't bad. The staff was friendly.
• The location was farther away from where we wanted to be and didn't feel safe. It was a bit run down and smelled like smoke.

“The location felt unsafe and wasn't close enough to SeaWorld. The room was large enough and the staff very friendly. The decor was ok and it was almost clean enough to walk around barefooted but not quite.”

• Not far from downtown and Sea World.
• Access road becomes one-way.

“Easy to find hotel coming from Sea World and was close enough to downtown area. 15 minutes from Alamo.”

• We never stayed at this hotel we went to another one after talking to the GM.
• There was nothing around it in terms of activities.

“This hotel needs to strongly consider shutting down and moving to a better location. There was nothing around it other than an old tire store and a sign at the front desk that said there were problems with the restaurant so they shut it down. We talked with the GM and explained that we had kids and this environment was not safe for them. The GM agreed about this hotel and further suggested that we did not stay at another Holiday Inn express down the road. We were reimbursed for our expenses and went down the road.”

• Not much.
• Dirty, staff not helpful, scary location.

“For the money, this was money wasted! We would have been better off sleeping in the car. The room was dirty, the toilet disgusting. The staff was not even helpful in getting extra sheets. I would not recommend this place to anyone.”

• Very clean, very, very friendly, attentive staff.
• Cant think of any changes I would have wanted.

“Clean rooms, they had air conditioner turned on, so room was good and cold upon my arrival, which was welcomed since the outdoor temperature was 105 degrees. very close to lack land AFB. pool also cool, with state of the art workout facility. staff always eager to please, and very knowledgeable about area.”
