“Lots of things to do if you have time. Spa, tennis, golf, swim, bikes, movies, etc, but very crowded. The place is huge
and has so many guests. We have one young child and the resort seemed better for families with more children or at least a little bit older children.”

“I really liked the hotel and the surrounding grounds. We stayed in a beautiful room with plenty of space for our twin babies' beds. We were unsure of the reason with being billed a $15.00 resort fee at checkout, but it was still good.”

“Beautiful resort with a touch of the rustic texas charm. Fabulous pools and innertube stream for the entire family. 27 hole golf course on site.”

“Very, very nice. I hope to go back next month, and also in April. The staff was exceptional, and food and drinks were great. This is a beautiful resort. One other thing, they do charge a resort fee of $15.00 per night that I did not expect. Also, the restaurants are very expensive, but good.”

“I was expecting to see a shuttle to the park since it is so conveniently located near Sea World. Rooms need a little more update (TV). Very courteous staff.”

“We got in late so we really didn't get to check out everythimg there but what we could see was great. Had to leave the next morning to get to next destination so didn't get to take advantage of the place as we would have liked. But will definately go back with more time to spend.”

“This ia beautiful hotel and has the best exercise facilities I have ever seen at a hotel. It is perfect with the exception of not being close to the downtown area of Sana Antonio. I believ this facility must be geared toward the Fiesta Texas and Seaworld attractions. If you have the time to travel it is a beautiful setting for a hotel so close to a major downtown rea.”

“Overall I was very impressed with the experience we had at the Hyatt Resort. It may be a little more expensive than some other places but they also offer a lot more than most places. My daughter loved the pool and smores each night. My only complaint would be that the resort hits you with a daily resort fee when you go to checkout that is not covered in your initial purchase.”

“I enjoyed the hotel very much. I would stay an extra day to experience all the activities. Also, I think the brunch should stay open till at least noon. It closes at 11:30 and we got there five minutes late. There were other people who also wanted to have the buffet, who weren't able.”

“This resort is outstanding! Very family friendly. Plenty to do here, float the lazy river, swim, complimentary bikes to ride, golf, various activities for the whole family. Just all around great.”

“It is a very nice place. Very family oriented. Lazy river is very relaxing when not crowded. Really need more lights in the river at night. I preferred the adult pool and hot tub, especially at night. The bikes are a nice activity to do. All in all it is a great place for a getaway.”

“This was an awesome place to visit! We brought our 22 month old son and he had a blast! The grounds are gorgeous, there is a lot to do. We enjoyed the horse drawn carriage ride thru the golf course, the movie on the lawn, the bike rentals, the kiddie swimming pool, the lazy river, and when the grandparents took our son for nap time we really enjoyed the Texas Pool which is adults only. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms were immaculate. I highly recommend this for families wanting to spend some quality time together! We will eagerly await the day we get to come back! Thank you!”

“This is a VERY overpriced hotel. Everything that the hotel offers costs extra- even local phone calls ($.50 per call) and internet ($10 a DAY- not wireless.) Upon checkout, we discovered a $10 a day "resort fee" for the privilege of having so many spa options at hand- used or not. Forget room service- they have so many taxes and fees added on that a fruit plate will land you 20 bucks. Have seen better and more amenities at a Holiday Inn Express. For the listed $180 for their cheapest room, this place is a real rip-off.”
