  • Loved all the activities they had available.
  • The pool was still pretty cold.

“Loved this hotel, going back soon because my kids wanted to 'live' there. Restuarant had a long wait for breakfast and food by the pool took a while but other than that would totally recommend it.”

  • The ambiance of this hotel is unmatched by any other.
  • Room service was very pricey for just breakfast.

“This a hotel that would be great for any type of traveler. The food can be expensive, but the hotel and its amenities are worth that cost.”

  • Very quiet and tranquil.
  • Resort fee that we did not know about.

“ I would have paid the full amount for this resort. Was incredible from the area to the staff. ”

  • Large hotel with large amenities.

“ This hotel captures the mentality that everything is bigger and better in Texas. With big restaurants, big buffets, a big river pool, a big golf course, and a big beautiful entrance. ”

  • The staff was fabulous and I truly felt like I was in the hill country.
  • Nothing.

“This hotel had great activities for children. The location was perfect and less than 3minutes from Sea world.”

“Great hotel to get away from the city noise.”

  • Super friendly and helpful staff.
  • We were charged an additional $15 for a resort fee.

“Lots of things to do if you have time. Spa, tennis, golf, swim, bikes, movies, etc, but very crowded. The place is huge
and has so many guests. We have one young child and the resort seemed better for families with more children or at least a little bit older children.”

  • It was very spacious and attractive.
  • Our room was very far from an available exit to our vehicle.

“I really liked the hotel and the surrounding grounds. We stayed in a beautiful room with plenty of space for our twin babies' beds. We were unsure of the reason with being billed a $15.00 resort fee at checkout, but it was still good.”

  • Secure location with easy access to local amusement parks.
  • Hot tub was not very hot.

“Beautiful resort with a touch of the rustic texas charm. Fabulous pools and innertube stream for the entire family. 27 hole golf course on site.”

  • Outdoor pools and lazy river are great as well as free smores by the fire.

“Great hotel and great value in the off-season.”

  • The staff was amazing - friendly helpful professional - every need taken care of immediately.

“Welcoming site - warm and inviting. Excellent staff.”

  • The service was wonderful, and the resort was spectacular.
  • The family hot tub and adult hotub need to be more defined so my children aren't exposed to innapropriate happinings by a couple in the family hottub.

“Very, very nice. I hope to go back next month, and also in April. The staff was exceptional, and food and drinks were great. This is a beautiful resort. One other thing, they do charge a resort fee of $15.00 per night that I did not expect. Also, the restaurants are very expensive, but good.”

  • Beautiful location, great atmosphere, family friendly, romantic setting, lovely activities.
  • A
little too much money for some of the amenities.

“You won't be disappointed, and you'll be back.”

  • Very courteous and attentive staff.
  • My companion was charged a $15 fee resort fee.

“I was expecting to see a shuttle to the park since it is so conveniently located near Sea World. Rooms need a little more update (TV). Very courteous staff.”

  • The full service and friendly/courteous staff.
  • Room didn't have a fridge but that's cool. They had an ice machine and we had a cooler.

“We got in late so we really didn't get to check out everythimg there but what we could see was great. Had to leave the next morning to get to next destination so didn't get to take advantage of the place as we would have liked. But will definately go back with more time to spend.”

  • The exercise facilities, size of the room
    bar.
  • The toilet did not flush
to far from downtown and most of SA attractions.

“This ia beautiful hotel and has the best exercise facilities I have ever seen at a hotel. It is perfect with the exception of not being close to the downtown area of Sana Antonio. I believ this facility must be geared toward the Fiesta Texas and Seaworld attractions. If you have the time to travel it is a beautiful setting for a hotel so close to a major downtown rea.”

  • This hotel is great for the whole family.
  • The hotel is very expensive and then we had unexpected fees at checkout.

“Overall I was very impressed with the experience we had at the Hyatt Resort. It may be a little more expensive than some other places but they also offer a lot more than most places. My daughter loved the pool and smores each night. My only complaint would be that the resort hits you with a daily resort fee when you go to checkout that is not covered in your initial purchase.”

  • The grounds were beautiful. I especially enjoyed the spa. I will definitely spend more time there next time.
  • I did not like that we did find out about any of the events going on until the day we left. I wish they would have informed us of them.

“I enjoyed the hotel very much. I would stay an extra day to experience all the activities. Also, I think the brunch should stay open till at least noon. It closes at 11:30 and we got there five minutes late. There were other people who also wanted to have the buffet, who weren't able.”

  • Attractive location, great lazy river, the golf course. Plenty to do!

“This resort is outstanding! Very family friendly. Plenty to do here, float the lazy river, swim, complimentary bikes to ride, golf, various activities for the whole family. Just all around great.”
