• The staff was very nice.
• My room had a bathroom that had not been cleaned!

“The staff is very nice, but the room was dirty, unkept and the bathroom still had soap, towels and shampoo inside from the previous guest. The walls were thin and you could hear the neighbor laughing. The pipes made noises and there was a hole in the ceiling above the shower (a bit unsettling). The sofa was not clean and neither was the carpet. All in all, the hotel staff does not make up for filth.”

• Hot continental breakfast with real eggs!
• We only had one towel in the room and there was hair in the bathtub that wasn't ours.

“The hotel is exactly what I expected in the town and price range I was wanting. We had a few issues with cleanliness, but nothing major. The hot breakfast in the morning was nice. They served eggs, waffles, bacon/sausage, biscuits, and cereal- basically, anything you could want.”

• Helpful, friendly staff.
• We were supposed to have a non smoking room but it smelled of smoke.

“For the price, it was a good value. The breakfast was good and the room was comfortable. My main complaint was that the room smelled of smoke and my clothes smelled when I got home. It was supposed to be non smoking, but it was not. There was mold in the bathroom also.”

• It included a good breakfast with the room rate.

“Hotel was ok but most things outdated due to age of the building itself. Although you could see where some updates had been attempted.”
