• The staff was very helpful, going above and beyond.
• The smell outside was horrible from the dead fish thing.

“We've stayed here a few times now and we'll keep coming back every time we're in Kearney. It's a good location, great price, and the staff was more than helpful!”

• Pool size. Too small & too deep. No hot tub.

• Quiet enjoyable stay.
• Hotel was right next to a sewer drainage and it smelled horrible outside.

“Everything was as expected. Would stay again, but watch out for that smell. The first day was good but the wind picked up on Sunday and it smelled horrible outside.”

• I loved the personal touches. Candy was given to use at the front door (for V-Day) and the front desk clerk was very kind and accommodating.
• The exercise equipment could use some updating. Hot tub could be added.

“Great front desk clerk. Kind and very accommodating. Excellent morning breakfast. Wide selection. Great for easy access to FirsTier Event Center, great eating places, and Interstate. Definitely would come again. Great price!”

• Great clean room, good breakfast, friendly staff.
• Room was cold despite heat on, but it was -5 outside.

“I'm always impressed with the Fairfield Inn. Staff was friendly and helpful and ready to serve when I drove in around midnight. Comfortable bed, breakfast with everything I wanted. Including fresh egg nog from a local dairy on New Years Day.”

• Wonderful room, nice staff, great service. Excellent value.
• It was a great place to stay.

“I was one room of four rented and everyone liked their room. Very nice bed, very clean, and there was a nice breakfast in the morning. I would recommend to anyone. Thanks.”

• Room was bright and cheerful. Nice breakfast area although I did not eat.
• Roundabout way to get into the hotel parking lot.

“Nice place. All non smoking. Pool and exercise facilities that I did not use, but looked ok.”

• They charged my debit card.

“But if they won't pick up their phone then I can't take care of this. The hotel was nice but to charge my debit card twice and not be able to get a hold of them, not so nice.”

• Excellent staff. I had to leave at 4 a.m. and they packed a breakfast for me to go.
• Does not apply, this hotel was just great.

“Very clean, friendly staff. I had to leave at 4 a.m. and the front desk clerk made fresh coffee and prepared a sack breakfast for me. This was not expected, but was very much appreciated. The rooms were very clean and had a good work area.”
