• Bugs, dirty, smelled bad, and scummy bathrooms

“I had used this hotel last year and found it very adequate. This year it was so bad. There were roaches or something everywhere, especially in lobby and food area. They charged me twice for the rooms. I couldn't understand the clerks very well. The rooms smelled like smoke.”

• Desk clerk did not give complete instructions on connecting to the hi-speed.

• General condition was mediocre at best.

“It's in a great place in the northern part of Hays - good for restaurant availability and other travel oriented businesses or stays for medical reasons since it's also near the hospital & clinic. Too far away from Fort Hays State for games and college act”
