• The location was very good, just off the interstate.
• It was dirty, dingy.

“The cold air return in the room was filthy and stood out like a sore thumb. The room was dated and the AC difficult to control.”

• The air conditioner worked.

“The room was outdated. We asked for king size bed and got a double. There were bugs on the floor. The help was rude. The price was way too high, I won't be going back.”

• We had to wait almost two hours past, check in time to get into our room. We were not thrilled with that!

• It was clean.
• The bedding was terrible. Room had bugs.

• Non-smoking room smelled like someone had just smoked in it. not impressed.

“Biggest issue was the fact that the room was listed as a non-smoking room and yet smelled like the previous traveler had a smoke fest in it the night before.”

• There were bugs all over the place, even between the sheets and pillows, not clean or hygienic

“The hotel had a sign that indicated a bug problem, but the problem was so intense that we had a hard time not puking. There were bugs between the sheets. It was hard to make a decision of whether to sleep in our rental car or sleep at the hotel. The service was really bad and the receptionist was rude. It was really a bad experience and has left a bitter taste. I
