• Nothing.
• Dirty, old, in much need of some serious repairs.

“It was horrible, the free breakfast was cold greasy and gross. The room was dirty, mold in the bathroom, ceiling ready to fall in no water pressure in shower and bugs crawling on the floor.”

• They had breakfast in the morning.
• The rooms felt dark and dirty and the door opened to a parking lot which made it feel unsafe.

“The rooms did not feel clean, the air conditioner did not work, and the Wi-Fi was better from a nearby hotel than it was from this one.”

• The location.
• The tub water leaked the whole time.

“We could not check in until after 3:00 pm. Are room key would not work, housekeeping had to let us in. The water in the tub dripped. When we went to check out, the lady did not know we had already paid. She seemed to be having a lot of trouble getting people checked out.”
