• The linens were clean and people friendly.
• The ceiling from the room above was falling into our bathtub.

• Breakfast buffet was excellent. Bathroom & tub shower was good.
• Beds worn out. Chairs dirty. Carpet wrinkled &worn.

• Close location to interstate.
• Old/worn-out, uncomfortable, smelly, dirty, poor linens, dirty carpet.

“Overall disappointment, had we checked into the hotel without pre-paid through Priceline we would have walked directly from our room out the front door. The lobby and hallways are obviously in need of an update. But entry to our room was met with an open door not locked, an open window not a safe feeling, humid musty air, dirty carpets with huge air pockets did not remove shoes, scratchy bedding, worn out furniture, dirty bathroom including moldy tile in shower. Not a place we would stay at again, nor would we recommend.”

• The rooms were exceptionally larger than what we expected.
• The beds were the hardest we had slept in of the three hotels we stayed in during vacation.

“There was a lot of road construction on HWY 83 but we could still get into the Ramada very easilty. The rooms were quiet and considerably larger than other rooms we had stayed in this past week. The young man that checked us in was helpful and polite, answered any of the questions I had.”

• The carpets.

“Terrible place, have you even been there recently? Worst was the carpeting; it had been installed by amateurs and there were huge wrinkles all over the room. Also, the free WiFi didn't work in our room and barely worked anywhere else in the hotel.”

• Location was somewhat convenient.
• Very cheap feeling.

“The exterior is in poor condition. The wall paper in the room (near beds) is torn and coming off the wall. The wireless internet didn't work on 1st floor. The bathroom was small. Fixtures in bathroom were in good condition but the stool didn't fit in the area it was placed. I would not recommend this hotel and I would not stay at this hotel again.”

• My room was all dark blue making it feel depressing.

• It was clean.
• The carpet in the room has ridges in it that looked like the padding had been removed beneath.

“We made a very quick stop on our way home from Colorado with young children. The lobby and breakfast area was clean and nice in the morning. The room, beds, bath, shower were all well cleaned and cared for except for the stains on the cloth chairs and the lines in the carpet, which appeared to be because some padding beneath might have been removed. The beds were comfortable. The rooms are not the most attractive, but it was clean and comfortable.”

• Beds were comfortable.
• Bugs in bathroom, frogs in outdoor pool, nasty!

“This was a very disappointing hotel. The carpet was scrunched up; the bathroom had cracks in the ceiling and along the tub, from which small insects would run in and out. We couldn't wait to leave; it did not feel clean. We enjoyed the warm water of the outdoor pool until we noticed we were sharing it with frogs or toads.”

• Comfortable beds, clean room, breakfast included.
• Exterior looked run-down.

“I stayed here with 3 other adults and my four children in two adjoining rooms. The beds were very comfortable, the furnishings were nice, and the room was fairly large. The continental breakfast was typical, but well stocked. The exterior of the building could use some work, but that didn't affect our stay at all. It was also easy access to the interstate and restaurants.”

• Had a workout room, albeit disappointing.
• Unclean, nothing in room indicating that wireless internet was available, poor breakfast, AC was noisy, workout facility poor.

“I thought Ramada Inns have the reputation of being nice hotels, but this one was poorly managed and it was obvious that the hotel is not properly cared for. AC was loud, breakfast was bad, staff was not friendly. I will not stay there again, nor would I recommend it or choose Ramada Inn again.”

“Very difficult to find, lack sufficient parking in good repair, sprinklers on, spraying walkway at 7AM can't get to car without getting wet. This hotel needs gutted and redone.”

• Excellent room clean and spacious nice beds.
• It needs some sprucing up on the exterior but the interior is a pleasant surprise.

“The hotel is in an excellent traveling location. The outside needs some sprucing up and if done it would help the overall presence of the hotel. The rooms was a nice surprise after misjudging the hotel from the out side appearance. The breakfast was adequate and nice. Overall a nice stay after a long day of traveling.”

• The beds were good and they were clean.
• The bathroom floor was dirty.

“This hotel was adequate for a one night stay. The room floor was spotted with grease and the carpet had big waves in it. The bathroom floor was filthy. Heavy duty cleaning would do wonders for this hotel. I refused to take a shower in this hotel opting to wait for the next day where we stopped.”

• The breakfast was ok.
• Carpet bad, walls peeling, coffee maker broke, halls filled with boxes, staff was not available. Smelled like Chlorine.

“I was not happy. This is not a 2 star hotel. The room was very shabby, wrinkled carpet, wall paper peeling, leg broken on table, coffee maker was not near plug and when moved to a plug the carafe did not fit so it overflowed. When I went to check out and speak to a manager, there was no one there, a staff member walked past and just told me to leave my key and was gone. Not a good hotel.”

“Enjoyed our short stay very much. Manager was very friendly. So easy to find hotel right off interstate. Chinese restaurant right in hotel had very good food.”

• Carpet not particularly clean, pillows too thick and toilet seat doesn't stay upright.

“The carpet in the room was not installed correctly so that there was a big wrinkle between the bed and the dresser besides the fact that it looked pretty old. The pillows were too thick and too hard to sleep comfortably.”
