• Convenient to Interstate.
• Facilities in room worn out though not in disrepair.

“Satisfactory basic hotel, but in bad need of updating and repair. Room door would not close and lock without effort, shower head and taps difficult to adjust, AC unit very noisy and difficult to regulate”

• Staff was friendly.
• Room service staff and restraint staff were incompetent.

“The room had been smoked in before. I requested a non-smoking room and there was hair all over the bathroom floor. Room service had to rerun to my room four times and they still didn't get the meal right. I was charged for things that I did not ever get.”

• Standard hotel, poor beds. For appearances, the hotel seems classy upon check in but is just standard.
• Beds were terrible.

• I liked the breakfast.
• Nothing was together you had to go in a maze to find anything.

“I had trouble checking in. Then we went to our rooms and no elevators with 2 small kids and lots of luggage not easy. Nothing was together you had to hunt and search for everything. Will not stay at this hotel again.”

• The continental breakfast was outstanding.
• The room door did not close easily. It remained ajar and had to be closed with force, causing the window next to the door to rattle and shake.

“The room was clean, the location very easy to access from the freeway. The staff of this hotel was the terrific continental breakfast. I would go there just for the breakfast.”

• It was easy to access and around a lot of eating places.
• It was not real clean and the pool was really bad you could not even see the bottom.

“We had good service but it was not really as clean as I thought it should be and the breakfast left very little to be desired. The muffins were still froze and a lot of the things they kept running out of.”

• Comfortable, friendly staff, great breakfast, pool, suites for families convenient.
• Single rooms are outside access except for a very few. Just a little attention could change this for those of us who feel safer with inside access.

“Very comfortable place to stay. Full breakfast in comfortable setting. Families used the suites and felt it was convenient and a fun place to stay with kids. Lobby was big and open and spacious.”

• We woke up to bugs in the bathroom. Small rooms. I wouldn't have liked it if I had paid full price for the room I got.

“The rooms were small. It was bug infested. The pool was cloudy and smelled funny. The kids enjoyed the breakfast. I was glad I didn't pay full price.”

• Clean, comfortable rooms.
• Hot tub Luke warm/loud motor, pool fair.

“The room was nice but the hot tub motor was so loud it sounded like popcorn popping and it was nowhere near warm enough. The pool had a very strong chemical smell and burned your eyes when swimming in it. The staff was very pleasant.”
