• The location and the hot breakfast.
• Beds were hard and old. Room were not clean. Carpet was dirty.

• Nothing.
• Tiny rooms, old, musty, no closets, no iron and ironing board.

“This hotel was terrible. I called ahead to ensure they had iron and ironing boards which they said yes. Arrived at the hotel for a wedding and they had no irons left, they were all being used.”

• Good breakfast.
• It was so small there was no place to put a suitcase.

“We clearly mentioned that we would be staying with 2 adults and 2 children. This room was so small we could not even put a roll away in it for our kids, and there was not even room to make a bed on the floor. I have never seen a room that small in my life! To sum it up we had a terrible experience with no sleep, this is our second bad experience with this situation.”

• Very good breakfast.
• Single room was smallest we've seen. Couldn't get past end of bed if other person was sitting there.

“This hotel should be a one star at best. The breakfast was good, but the rest of it was bad. I would guess that the beds were at least 10 years old. I have not slept on a bed that bad for years in a hotel.”

• The breakfast was awesome.
• The bathroom was tiny.

“The staff was nice and the bed was very comfortable. Parking was a little hairy, but the breakfast the next morning made up for that. The bathroom could be updated and made larger.”

“Most of the advertisements for this motel mention a free hot breakfast cooked to order. This is only true for the first two guests and everyone else is $5 a head. They are very inflexible in dealing with any issues.”

• The hotel Breakfast that was offered only to the adults was good.
• In the end, we had to upgrade our room to have two beds in it. That was a $15.00 charge. So in the end, we did not save any money.

“Hotel was ok. My wife and I got free hot meals, but our children were not free. They could have a limited Continental breakfast.”

“Days Inn in my estimation has always been a one-star economy hotel. It is at least on the same par with super 8 or perhaps a little better than motel 6. It should never be a two-star hotel.”

“I felt that the hotel was outrageously priced for the size of the room, the age of the hotel and the overall experience. I was very disappointed with the room especially. It was like they made a room out of a closet.”

“Now the reservation with Holiday Inn in Fargo, ND was perfect. The hotel got a 10 rating from me. Clean , comfortable, nice staff.”

• Small room, baby crib broken.

“While we booked a room with 2 beds, we were dismayed to find that we had only one bed in a teeny tiny room with no elbow space. With the hotel full, there was no way for us to obtain another room. We asked for a crib for our 2 year old, only to find that the one provided was broken beyond use. Breakfast service was slow as there were many people. After other unpleasant experiences there as well, I will not stay at a Days' Inn again.”

• Smelly, musty rooms, mold & mildew in shower, bathrooms way too tiny for 4 people staying in room, the toilet wasn't working properly.

“Upon arrival, the front desk clerk became defensive when we explained that our reservation was wrong and was unwilling to help, other than to raise the rates and put us in unsatisfactory rooms. One of the maids that cleaned our room was also unfriendly unfortunately; these 2 people were the only unfriendly people we encountered during our 14 days in North Dakota!!”

• I was very impressed with how clean and updated the rooms were.
• I had no complaints!

“Easy access to Interstate 94. Friendly staff. Breakfast cooked to your order. Rooms clean and updated. All the staff spoke English well!”

• The breakfast was good. The second night our room was much better.
• The first night our room had one bed. My husband & I had our 12 yr. Old daughter along. The carpet was musty and felt grimy on bare feet.

“We upgraded to another room on our 2nd night for a dad's. $15.00 and that room were fine.”

• My card was charged without approval after my stay.

“The desk clerks were friendly. The room was pretty clean, except for a half of an Oreo under the bed. There were plenty of towels and other amenities. But what your credit card for charges that are not noted up front.”

• The breakfast was hot and cooked to order. Very nice!
• We were given a small one bed room for a family of five. There was no roll always or sheets so our children had trouble sleeping!

“We paid more than the online rate and the front desk refused to give us a room with two beds even if we could pay more! It was uncomfortable, stressful and tiring. ”

• Pool area was well-sized and room was clean.
• Bathroom was a bit small, but work out well for our time there.

“I would recommend this hotel; the hot breakfast (which is free for two people) was excellent. Smoke-free hotel, but some people were still smoking in their rooms. Our room, which was 2 queen beds was very nicely sized and like new large TV (flat screen). Staff was friendly and more than willing to accommodate our family.”
