• Nothing.
• Dingy, not inviting atmosphere, crappy beds. No plug for the tub.

“Just seemed like a room from a motel in the old west where gangsters were going to bust the door down. I asked for a plug for the tub but never got one. Just a shady hotel. They had a coffee maker though.”

• It was not as clean as I expected.

“I liked the location and price for the hotel. I disliked that the hotel bathroom was not up to my expectations. There was a huge roach in the bath tub and the air ventilation was broken and could see into the roof.”

• We were running extremely late on our check in day, and the entire staff was very helpful and curteous, willing to meet any need we mentioned.
• I'm 5'9" and the shower head seemed to be made specially for anyone who is about 5'2" or shorter.

“We are simple, and dont require much attention from hotel staff. For the time that we were there, they answered any question we had willingly, and never bothered us otherwise.”

• Service was good, people friendly and helpful.
• The room had so much smoke in it we choked for two days.

“The motel was good, just could not get a non smoking room as motels were fully booked, nice bedding, nice beds, really tried to please.”

• Noisy, had to move to another room because of fleas, dogs barking, and could hear peoples conversation in the other room.

“This hotel did not meet my expectations. After we had been settled into the room for 3 nights, they moved some people into the room next to us that had several dogs. The dogs were barking and knocking up against the wall, the people were talking so loud we could hear what their conversation was about. Then fleas started getting on us. The room was a non-smoking room, but you could smell smoke from previous people, and smoke would enter the vents from the other smoking rooms. We had to change rooms which was a cleaner room and did not have a odor, but the manager never apologized for our inconvenience. When the dogs moved in, and we had to change rooms his remark was, "well that happens sometimes".”

• The hotel was very clean and the rooms were a nice size.
• There was really nothing to complain of. It was a very nice stay.

“The hotel was close to Acuna Mexico. We planned the trip to go into Mexico and shop. The rooms were very nice and the staff were very attentive. The continental breakfast was simple, but good. We asked them several questions about Acuna, and there responses were very accurate. They gave us the name of a really nice place for dinner (Manuel's), and got us a Taxi that took us into Mexico.”

• Clean rooms, nice pool, friendly staff, good breakfast.
• There was not an elevator, so it was difficult taking all the bags upstairs.

“We got a non-smoking room, but the people next to us were smoking. Late in the evening we had to switch rooms, which was not fun with small children, but the hotel staff was very accommodating and understanding. Overall, I really liked this hotel and I would stay there again.”
