• Great room size, very nice public spaces.
• Paper, Styrofoam glasses and cups, stains on carpets and furniture.

“In general, very nice hotel. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was very spacious and nicely decorated. The public spaces were quite attractive. I would stay here again.”

• Comfortable beds, quiet.
• Parking was a little tight for big car.

• Pool is great for kids.
• Ugly rooms that look like they're from the 70's. TV has few channels and very poor quality.

• Location.
• Check in staff was not prompt or friendly. Had to have the room reeked to allow us entry on the second night; room location was next to cocktail bar.

“Hotel is located by fairgrounds and zoo, has on-site restaurant and rooms are clean, however the rooms located on 2nd level are not quiet due to an open cocktail bar located in the lobby. Check in staff could be more service oriented and the room needed to be reeked to allow entry for the 2nd night stay.”
