• Great continental breakfast!
• The air conditioning in the suite wasn't very good.

“The hotel staff, location and rooms were excellent. However, in the suites the air conditioner is in one room. Therefore, the bedroom was extremely warm and the living room was extremely cool.”

• Nothing.
• Very noisy, thin walls. Air conditioning didnt work.

“The room was small and the A/C didn't work. Too warm to sleep well. Would never stay at this motel again.”

• Convenience to shopping. Comfortable, liked the hot tub.
• Could have been cleaner. Back of bathroom door was dirty. Coffee tray wasn't clean.

“Generally good. Close to shopping and the beds were comfortable. I would stay there again.”

• The pool.
• The hotel staff at the front desk were rude and kept you waiting to check out and in.

“The pool was excellent but the staff at the front desk was rude and kept you waiting over 10 minutes to check in and out.”

• The evening staff. Great crew.
• Cleanliness, the coffee pot stunk.

“I have stayed at this hotel on my many trips to Minot on the weekends. We usually get there on Friday and check out on Sunday. The weekend staff are great. I called the front desk and asked for additional towels and a couple of pillows and the young lady at the front desk said she would have them brought right down. They were there with in, what seemed like seconds. The grey breaded gentleman that dropped them off was very professional and polite. I will recommend this hotel for all my friends and family. I down rated cleanliness because the room seemed dusty and I found dried coffee grounds in the coffee pot.”
