• Management was rude, slow and stupid.

“Took half an hour to get my room key. And almost another hour to actually get the room key to open the door. We finally had to insist that the manager give us another room so that we could get the 5 hours of sleep left before our appointment in the morning.”

• Very good value. Excellent hotel for the money. Clean, quiet, and exceeded my expectations.

“Exceeded my expectation. Did not have high hopes for what I paid but was pleasantly surprised. Clean facility, room was more than adequate. Quiet. Would highly recommend this as a place to stay!”

• The staff members were very friendly, the room surpassed expectations and the food was great!

• Good price and easy in and out. Restaurants close by.

“We were more than satisfied with our stay. We slept good and breakfast was more than acceptable. I read some pretty stiff reviews of motels. It's a one-night stay, y'know, we're not gonna live there. This Quality Inn exceeded our expectations. The price was an added bonus.”

• Clean room, convenient to interstate. Very friendly staff. Good price.
• Too convenient to interstate. Could hear traffic when AC or TV was not on.

“We needed a hotel along the interstate, close to Amarillo Airport for a cross-country tour. The hotels near the airport were scary looking. This was about 4 miles west of AMA and right off of I-40. Outside was a bit dated but the rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Bring a LAN cable for high speed internet. Our room stay met our needs for the night.”

• Location.
• I could never get the internet working from my room. Every night I had to use the lobby to get access. Very inconvenient.

“The evening young desk girl would not answer the phone for being on personal calls. Also, no one could answer how to link to their internet access from the rooms. As far as working in the lobby, very uncomfortable. I do not think I will return.”

• Walls are paper thin. Can hear everything in the next room.

• It was clean.
• "Deluxe hot breakfast" was much less than deluxe.

“This was a decent economy hotel. The bathroom needed updating. No one wants to take a bath or a shower in a tub that is only 6 inches deep and has chips in it. The pool does not open until Memorial Day, which it should state on the amenities list, and it is tiny. This hot breakfast has very limited choices and will not be satisfying for more than one morning. It was clean, but needs updating. It is also a bit disheartening to see another Quality Inn a few miles down the Interstate which is twice as nice.”

• A complimentary breakfast. It was small, but OK to start the day with.
• Only room available had a single king, which was hard to pack in 2 grownups and 2 kids.

“A nice, well-maintained hotel located very conveniently off I-40. The mattress and box springs [still in plastic] seemed new and were comfortable. The shower had awesome water pressure!! The breakfast was not great, but OK to get out the door early and easy.”
