• The hot tub, pool, and king sized very comfy bed.
• Arcade took all my money and half the stuff was broken.

“ It was very nice. Several years ago I stayed there and it was very dirty. It has been completely turned around. Even the public bathroom by the pool was clean and the staff were excellent. Last time I stayed there they didn't even speak English. ”

• Quick access to interstate.
• The aroma of swimming pool chlorine permeated everything. No desk for writing.

“This is a fine place for families with children, but doesn't work for the senior adult who is not enthralled with a window view overlooking the indoor pool and video games, nor with the constant shrieking of playing children right below the room. We breathed the chlorine air of the swimming pool all night long.”

• I have stayed here before. My grandchildren love the pool and game area.
• It is getting old enough to be ready for some remodeling.

• Friendly, helpful staff.
• Pool and hot tub smelled bad. Bathroom needed deep cleaning.

“Pleasant people working there. Our room key would not work. There was some kind of problem with the computer system, and we had to call maintenance every single time we needed to get into our room! After shopping, after meals, after swimming (dripping wet and freezing) and every other time we went to the car. Not comfortable with leaving the room unlocked (which several staff members suggested) and a real pain to wait for someone to let us in. Not to mention the fact that we had an almost two year old with us!”

• Restaurant on premises.
• Internet did not work - feeble attempt to correct problem.

“Front desk is understaff at night - and during the Christmas holiday period. Long lines require patience. The sole person did the best under such conditions. Restaurant on premises has extra slow service - one waitress, one cook - also responsible for room service. Independently owned, the owners are trying to extract maximum profit by overworking their staff - which did a great job under the circumstances.”

• Right off the freeway.
• Bad service, advice, rooms, and pools.

“Bad on all areas of hotel, from beds, rooms, view, hotel cleanliness, we received bad advice for food form the staff and they were not helpful in anyway at all. The customer is not the priority at this hotel.”

• Location.
• The bathtub was clogged up with so much hair it was disgusting. We questioned if the sheets had been changed.

“Great location and price but not to the standards of Holiday Inn. I felt I was staying in a small motel along the highway and not in a Holiday Inn.”

• The location was good.
• I think the rooms could use an upgrade. ie. beds, TVs.

• Nothing!
• Everything. First they tried to put us in a room that already had people in it. We waited in the hall for almost an hour while they cleaned a room.

“This hotel is sorry. I paid 75 dollars to stay here and I should have gotten paid to stay there. I would not ever stay there again.”

• It appeared out of date and in poor repair. The overall appearance was unsatisfactory.

“The elevator was broken, the hotel appeared very old and the decor was out of date. The staff was friendly, but overall it was a disappointment for a Holiday Inn and a hotel on priceline.”

• Location was great, just off interstate.
• Very old and worn down looking, but reasonably clean.

“I wish our toilet had worked!!!! It would flush, but it took about 30 minutes to refill. Hard when traveling with 4 kids! we were only there for about 6 hours, though, so it wasn't too terrible. No free breakfast. we had to go ask for coffee packets, as all we had were decaf.”

“Besides being old, worn and dirty, the desk clerk didn't check us in properly, so they gave someone else a key to our room! This hotel is in dire need of being refurbished and definitely not as nice as other
