• Big, spacious room; cool AC; clean.
• Housekeeping did not clean room until after 2 pm.

“Room was very spacious and clean. Air conditioner was cold. Housekeeping did not clean room until mid afternoon which was not comfortable. Otherwise, great value.”

• The hotel was very clean and roomy.

“Great place to stay for business travel or family travel. The rooms offered a variety of services and great if you needed to stay for an extended amount of time. Staff was friendly and went out of there way to help me.”

• Spacious and quiet.
• Hot tub outside.

“We were very pleased. The only thing I felt that was outrageous was the $100.00 nonrefundable pet deposit. I feel they could charge this up front and then at least look at each situation. I understand the policy, but feel it's a bit much.”

“Very comfortable accommodations. Studio suite with full kitchen and small living area. Comfortable king size bed with nice bathroom area.”

• The room was very spacious. The bed was very, very comfy.
• There was no suitcase rack. I had to place my suitcase on the couch for access.

“Over all, I really enjoyed the hotel. There were a few things that bugged me, but overall, Id like to stay here again.”

• It was a studio with so much room! We loved the full kitchen!

• The location was good and the room large.
• Leaking porch right in front of door. Got very wet.

“This room is more like an efficiency apartment than a hotel room. Small TV and some of the outside needs attention. Overall it was a pretty good stay. I would go back.”

• We asked for an appliance in our kitchen, it was delivered in less than 5 minutes.
• Needs to have more trash cans in hotel room. Only had a small one in bathroom.

“Very pleased with the over all stay at this hotel. If I go back to Lubbock I would like to stay there again. Breakfast in the morning was wonderful.”

• The lay out of the rooms.
• The exterior of the hotel is old and needs work. It is dated by its popcorn ceilings.

“This hotel needs a lot of maintenance, it looks run down.”

• Incredible rooms! huge place! loved it!
• Kids playing by the pool were loud.

“This hotel is set up similar to apartments. we had a loft bedroom with small kitchenette and nice couches for the TV. the bathrooms (2 of them!!!) were very nicely sized and the location is fantastic-right off the loop and across the parking lot from a great restaurant. we can't wait to stay here again!”

• It was extremely clean and had a nice complimentary breakfast.
• There was no indoor pool and the outside appearance is a little off-putting.

“Our overall experience at this hotel was pleasurable. It would have been very nice for an extended stay as well, since there was a nice kitchenette and a wood-burning fireplace. It was very clean as well, which is very important to me.”
