“We arrived in Lubbock for orientation at Texas Tech. We were able to check in early right around 12:30 with no issues at all. Staff was friendly and the lobby was very clean. Our room was clean and nicely decorated. Bathroom was clean. We are moving my son to school this next weekend and will stay here again.”

• The rooms were spacious and very clean. I found the beds to be very comfortable.
• The room did not have natural light coming in so that made the room a little dark.

“The hotel was very comfortable and clean. The carpet had just been replaced so even the floor felt clean. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were spacious. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.”

• Location, bed was VERY comfortable.
• Decor felt straight out of the 60's.

“Clean and comfortable with a very large room. Decor felt like it was trapped in the 60's with no upgrades. The room was spacious but was not really conducive to lounging.”

• The location to my appts was very close.
• Remodeled, but still feels old.

“Was outside hotel and revamped to now be interior. even though remodeled, still feels old style. Only vending machines, no gift shop.”

• Very friendly and even though I am a smoker and requested a smoking room, it was clean and did not smell bad.
• There was nothing I did not likek, I would stay at this hotel again and especially at the rate.

“Very clean and friendly. Good location. Very helpful staff. Very comfortable bed and large room with lots of space. For a smoking room, it did not smell like other smoking rooms I have stayed in at other facilities. Great plus!”

• Updated rooms and quiet.
• Updated rooms, but left old TV that did not work properly.

“Checked in and sent to my room, opened the room with my key and had a guy standing in his underwear in my supposed room. Went back to the front desk to get another room, was given a room key that did not work walked again back to the front desk where
I was given 3 keys and told one would definitely work. Got in the room and the TV did not work, they sent out a repair guy who got the tv turned on and after he left the
TV would only allow you to change the channel 3 stations at a time and then would freeze. Normally
I am not in my room enough to notice, but this trip was a bit different, next time Hampton Inn all the way!”

• Convenient location; staff nice; wireless access; rooms and bed comfy.

“This hotel certainly met my expectations. I prefer an outside entrance and that's what I had, but for those who prefer an interior entrance, they are available as well. There is a very small lake just east of the hotel (which is where my room was), and when I went out in the evening.”

• The bed was very comfortable, the room was extremely quiet and very large!
• The outside of the hotel was not very welcoming. But it was very clean and nice inside.
