• The hotel was very nice and clean and quiet. The facilities were wonderful and I enjoyed my stay there very much.
• The staff could have been more friendly, but they were not rude.

• The rooms were very nice!
• The front desk people were rude and not friendly or helpful at all!

“Overall a great place to stay and the location was great! The front desk people open our arrival was not friendly or welcoming at all! I felt like it was a huge chore for them to even check us in. Very disappointed with that part of the hotel! When we checked out the girl was very sweet and friendly! When we checked in the girl was also training another lady I believe and kept rolling her eyes at her!”

• Parking lot was easily accessible from the building.

“The hotel was clean, beds were comfortable, and the staff was very nice. We were disappointed. The room was a basic double occupancy room, and was quite cramped for a family of four.”

“Located just behind several restaurants and near lots of shopping, this hotel was perfect for a weekend trip or business travel. Indoor pool was nice, check in was efficient and rooms were comfortable.”

• The hotel was neat and clean, the bed very comfortable. I would stay at this hotel again. Free Wi-Fi was great!
• Our accommodations did not include breakfast which was overpriced. The staff struggled at times to meet our needs.

“We felt comfortable and relaxed at this hotel. It was clean, neat, and well kept. The air conditioning worked well. The bed was very comfortable. It was nice to have free wi fi. The lighting for the sink area could have been better.”

• Clean*good area of town*fairly quiet*ample parking.

“If cleanliness, ample parking, indoor pool and a small clean room in a nice part of Lubbock is what you are looking for, this is it. The room was smaller, the breakfast is extra, but the staff is professional.”

“Courtyard Marriott Lubbock is a very nice hotel for leisure or business traveler. While would not say it is perfect for a romantic weekend, it certainly is a clean, orderly and friendly place to spend a night or two.”

• Great price, very clean & comfortable, very friendly staff. I was very pleased with my stay and would definitely stay there again!
• Everything was excellent.

“Great location, great price. The hotel was very clean and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. We arrived before the official check-in time, and they were very accommodating in finding us an available room. I would definitely stay there again, and recommend it to friends.”

• Complimentary breakfast not offered; Buffet breakfast, more expensive than nearby restaurants. We opted for a nearby IHOP; saved money.

• Big room we had a balcony it was quiet you could not here the people in the next room or hall.
• Maid did not make pullout bed the 2nd day did not have enough towels until the last day.

“We really enjoyed it. It is in walking distance of hop and cheddars and a big nice park. the lobby was a little small but the rooms were plenty big. I liked that we had a king bed and a pull out sofa bed for the kids also the private balcony was awesome!!”
