• Both tub and shower. Coffee pot available. Table and chairs. Good bed.
• No instructions from staff as to location of ice, or whether there would be breakfast available.

• Friendly service.
• Lobby was always hot, discomforting to eat in dining area.

“Hotel has a prison-type facade; there is huge lobby consisting 6 floors, with all hotel rooms facing inward. Vending machines have a little trouble but staff is very helpful and returns money promptly on the spot. I would recommend this hotel for business or leisure.”

• Free parking; free internet; free continental breakfast including waffles.
• Inconvenient location; inattentive staff; old building/rooms; not light-shut-out curtains.

“This experience began poorly when we called for help with directions and were taken 10 miles out of our way. Then when we arrived, the room had a smell, there were only two, thin pillows for two of us and the curtains only had panels on either side of a sheer that could not be closed to shut out light (no napping or sleeping in here). Additionally, there are elevators only on one end of the building and vending machines on the other. It seemed as if a lot of walking had to be done to get anything.”

• Road construction nearby made entrance complicated.

• Quiet, away from road noise. And there wasn't a lot of noise in the public area at night.
• First room we were assigned to had several problems; we asked for another and were changed immediately. Hotel compensated us for a night for our next stay.

“I think I will stay here again. Overall, I liked the hotel. A little difficult to get to because of road construction but that won't last forever. I usually stay at another hotel on the south side but I think I like this side better.”

• The room was clean and attractive.
• The beds were not a comfortable as I would want.

“This was a nice hotel for the price. The sofa bed was not comfortable, but they had the mattress set up on the wrong side. Overall - it was a good experience.”

• Clean, nice, quiet.
• Inconvenient elevator locations, only 3 small pillows on king bed.

“My traveling friend is not handicapped but has a hard time walking very far or with stairs. The only elevators were located at the other end of the hotel, she decided to climb the one flight of stairs instead of walking, thank goodness it was only one flight.”

• The staff was very helpful.
• The fitness center equipment was in poor condition.

“We had two minor problems, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was in good shape. The lobby was open and fairly nice. The only draw back was the equipment in the fitness room. One of the reasons we picked this hotel was because it had a fitness center but we were not able to enjoy it. Parts were missing, and the weight machine was not working properly. This was a disappointment but not the end of the world!”
