• I would not tell anyone that I know to stay there.
• 1st room the bathroom didn't work. 2nd room the TV didn't work.

• Room was clean, spacious and I loved having the kitchen.
• No food services.

“This was my first experience with Extended Stay. I was extremely surprised. The room was spacious, clean and well stocked on towels and paper goods. I loved having the kitchen. It made the stay more comfortable and price effective. I would definitely recommend and/or stay there again.”

• Good location, quiet, cleans, plenty of parking.
• No breakfast.

“ESA Lubbock is in a good location just off the south loop. The rooms are large and have refrigerator, range and microwave. There is plenty of well lighted parking. The staff is friendly and fast.”

• Kitchen facilities enhanced the stay.
• Only one bed per room.

“We have stayed here numerous times. Each time we have been pleased. On this trip, we went into a cold room, and it took nearly a half hour to get it warm. Location is good, employees are great. Really a good place to stay. My wife is wheelchair bound, it the facilities easily accommodate our situation.”

• The location and price were both fantastic.
• Staff did not know the area well and were often not at the desk when assistance needed.

“Room was as expected; neat, clean and quiet. Staff was not very helpful when available but the price was great and the location was perfect for my travel plans.”

• Hotel was in a good location.
• Mattress fell off of frame.

“The hotel is conveniently located to the mall and restaurants. First time I have stayed at an ESA Hotel. It was great. Rooms were clean. Room had a microwave, sink and refrigerator. You don't get that in many rooms.”

• No shampoo, etc. that usually is in motel room.

“This is a well located motel with kitchen in room. The room is big and has a table and desk. The kitchen has pans and dinnerware.”

• Great location and price, good room for cost conscious.
• Dirty floors and linens.

“The room was good; It had a kitchen that was used instead of going out to dinner, so it was a money saver. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room needed to be vacuumed, cookie crumbs and popcorn were all over the floor and the linens were stained. Over all I would go again if I got the same price.”

• Cheap and convenient.
• Zero amenities, no shampoo, pool, dining. ice etc.

“This hotel did not provide any bathroom amenities. Had a kitchenette with no tools to clean dishes etc, no soap. The hotel only had 2 little ice trays in the freezer and no access to ice on the facility. No Pool. No exercise room. No continental breakfast or any dining whatsoever.”
