• Clean, comfortable, good size room, friendly staff, got a good sleep.

“Good hotel overall, very clean. they are doing some renovation on the downstairs which wasn't really a problem for me. Shows that they care about the place.”

“The maids stole my hair products right off the sink in the bathroom. When I confronted them about it, it was on their cart! The place needs a major remodel and it is not cleaned at all. Would not recommend this dump of a hotel to my worst enemies.”

“Jihad a really bad experience. There was an air show in town, so when I complained of ants, they did not move me. I was in and out because of a wedding, when I came back they supposedly had sprayed and cleaned the room. They didn't change the bedding; I have photos of the stained bed spread to proof it.”

• Easy access to our room and overall friendly staff.
• Room was not the cleanest specifically the bathroom.

“For the price I received it was acceptable. For a 2 star rating, I did expect better accommodations but it certain served our needs for a short stay.”

• Black hair under filter basket of coffee maker!

“Smoke poured under the door in the wall of the adjacent smoking room into our non-smoking room causing us to cough much of the night. Difficult to sleep due to tossing and turning on the exposed mattress. The flat queen size sheet on the king size bed would not stay on the mattress. A fitted king sheet would have been appropriate. As we tossed and turned, dust hit us in the face from the blanket/bedspread. The room temperature could not be regulated and was uncomfortable. We had to move to another room initially because the phone did not work and cable was missing to the television so it did not work.”

• Aged looking rooms and bad smell throughout.

“I had to request a room change since the first one had a dirty restroom and dusty carpets. The second room had a dirty blanket, smelled, and the towels in the bathroom looked yellowish. Shampoo bottle was opened and used. Just a terrible experience overall. I could have paid 29.99 and stayed at motel 6 for the same level of hotel.”

• The lady at the reservation desk was courteous and so was the employee who helped with the continental breakfast.
• The bathroom was not clean. It seemed like it was just picked up and not cleaned with sanitizer.

“My family and I traveled to midland for my grandmother's funeral. We arrived in midland around 10:30pm Saturday night and when we drove up, it seemed like it was not in a safe neighborhood. There were 4 police cars outside of the hotel. They were inside in a guest's room. Then we got to our rooms and it looked fine until I got into the bathroom and it was not cleaned. It looked picked up but not clean with disinfectant or cleanser. The beds were not comfortable to sleep in. The hotel personnel were friendly. We stayed 2 nights.”

• Hotel was run down. Parking lot was dirty with debris all over.

“This hotel is in a bad part of town. It's dirty. Common areas need lots of attention. Beds are uncomfortable. Hotel needs to be remodeled.”

“Wall paper was coming off, bad smelling blankets and bed sheets. In cold weather the heater was not even turned on and we had to stay in cold room till heather kicked in. would not recommend this hotel to anyone at all. please do not be fooled by the 2 star or "Ramada" ”

• The lobby was attractive.
• The heated pool wasn't heated.

“This hotel is under new management. It is on the shabby side but is being renovated. The continental breakfast has convenient hours. The pool is heated only upon request, so request in advance. The staff is friendly and will do their best to assist you. The bathrooms are in need of recalling and re-tiling.”

• It was in a good location, comfortable, quiet and well secured.
• Cannot think of anything.

“I appreciated the courteousness of the staff. I was not bothered and checking in was not a hassle. I do not travel a lot but it made the trip from Dallas to Midland a pleasant one.”
