• Breakfast area, coffee and tea available 24x7.

“Hotel was in final stages of rennovation. Very nice and clean. Staff friendly. Breakfast area and choices very good.”

• It was a place to sleep.
• Tooth paste in sink, staff was horrible!

“Its chain of hotels has become bottom dweller in this industry. Poor cleanliness, rude staff, poorly trained staff, complacent management. I will not stay in a Marriott hotel again.”

• Friendly staff, clean rooms and good location.
• Ice machine was broken.

“The Fairfield Inn Midland has a great location and a very friendly staff. The breakfast in the morning was good and had some variety. I didn't use the pool but the kids at the hotel were really enjoying it. I will definitely stay there next year on our annual trip to Midland.”

• The comfortable beds and nice clean covers.
• The renovations that were taking place and the fact that there was never anyone at the front desk.

“It was nice for the price. I think they may have had water damage or something because we had to dodge blowers in the halls and some of the ceiling covers were off. The pool and sauna was nice, but there was never anyone standing behind the front desk.”

• Indoor pool area was very hot, air not working well.
