“Room was dirty, had a iron burn in carpet all the way through to floor. Bathroom was dingy had ceiling tiles that were stained and moldy. Carpet was dirty and stained.”

• Once engaged, staff was willing to try and help.
• Comp breakfast was very poor, room had leak in roof, no cribs for infants.

“I will not let my family stay there again. In trying to get to the room there were three guests outside drinking and partying.”

• The bed was comfortable and it had hot water. That's it.

“Obviously the hotel was undergoing renovation, so it was not at its best, but apart from that I just didn't feel very safe. When we asked for blankets, they told us to come get them ourselves, but once we got down there, they said they didn't have any (which turned out to be a mistake). We were near an outside door, which did not lock-it did not take our key card to get in, and it remained unlocked apparently all night. In the area of town where the hotel was, it made me feel unsafe. I will not be staying again.”

• The location was very convenient.
• No batteries in remote for TV.

• Friendly and helpful staff.
• Very dirty.

“Good size rooms older needs remodeling very dirty rooms not stocked well with towels wash cloths housekeeping does not check rooms daily for non working lights would not stay again unless only thing in area and had too.”

• Check in was relatively easy. The staff was friendly.
• The outside doors where never locked at night.

“The inside rooms were okay for the price. It seemed like overall maintenance was in decline. I would not recommend this to someone.”

“The carpet was so dirty when I wore white sox; the sox looked like I have been walking outside in dirt. Although a smoking room it smelled bad.”

• The staff was friendly and there was ample parking.
• The room was unclean and there were flies all over the breakfast bar.

“I've done lots of primitive camping, so Im not a prima Donna. The room was far below my expectations. First, it was supposed to be a non-smoking room, yet it reeked of smoke. Next, there was a huge cockroach in the bathroom whose life I felt compelled to end. Then I sat in the lounge chair, and it was sticky all over as if someone had spilled coke on it or something. I told the desk clerk and she wrote all this down so hopefully they'll correct all this. A thorough cleaning and fumigating would help.”

• Easy to find.
• The room was dirty, there was dog hair all over the floor, it looked like all they did was make the beds.

“The room was dirty, the carpet was covered in dog hair. The pool was out of order (no water). The room needed a thorough cleaning.”

• Large, no smoking, room that was clean.
• Located next to auto dealers auto lot. Noise from trains.

“Was very pleased with clean, large room on ground floor. Lobby was clean, continental breakfast was good with plenty of time to eat. Over all we have a very good stay at this hotel.”
