• Large rooms Great Pool area for the kids. Bar and dinning in hotel.
• Not keen on pets that are allowed. Better clean up should be asserted.

“Great room, staff and very (all around) clean. Didn't like the dogs around us, only because the guests didn't clean up after them. We love dogs, but the owners are very lax in their responsibility.”

• The hotel had all the amenities--dining, bar, pool and watermark. Rooms were clean and spacious. Close to many shops and restaurants.
• They did not have our reservation when we checked in. This was a real hassle.

“We were pleased with the hotel. They did not have our reservation when we tried to check in and we had forgotten our confirmation #. After nearly an 1 1/2 hours we tracked it down and they had neglected to enter our online booking in the system. This was a real hassle with a new born baby and two other small children. The hotel was overbooked but they were able to give us a room. I realize mistakes happen but they offered nothing to compensate such as free water park passes or anything. That was frustrating.”

“Rooms were nice and a big
A/C a little noisy which was kind of irritating at night. But, all in all, if you have kids, the pool is great!”

• The pool, new rooms.
• Older rooms.

“Our first room had an air conditioner that didn't work. The staff was very nice and tried to fix it. When it couldn't be fixed immediately, they put us in a nicer room that had an ice cold AC unit. I suggest that if you stay here, You ask for a room that has an outside entrance and that you go to the newer part of the hotel It is a very large property and it is easy to get lost or to have to walk long distances to your room. Elevators aren't available so if you have difficulty climbing stairs or if you have kids or lots of luggage, request a ground floor room. The pools were great and kids of all ages will enjoy the water slide The restaurant is very nice, upscale for a hotel. The fitness center is very nice, the hot tub is too populated to possibly keep clean so we didn't even get in. Internet access modems are only in the nicer rooms but you can access the wireless portal in the lobby. ”
