• I liked breakfast delivered in the morning.
• Wasn't safe for women or young children.

“Anyone can see where your room is because it is an open Courtyard. There was easy access for toddlers to climb onto the railing as well. This makes it unsafe for women and children.”

• The 5 story waterfall, glass elevator and open lobby were excellent.
• The rooms only consisted of double beds plus room service tacked on 18% gratuity.

“This hotel I would definitely visit again and recommend to friends and family. It was confidently located in the center of town. Only 25 minutes to tm Rushmore which was excellent? The lobby and center of the hotel is beautiful with a 5 story waterfall. The rooms were very nice with a desk and large comfy chair. The only downfall was the room had double beds instead of queen.”

• Great location for Rapid City and good amenities.
• Air Conditioning was weak

“If you are looking to be centrally located in Rapid City, South Dakota with convenient access to local attractions and downtown shops, this is the place for you. This is the largest hotel in town and has the most amenities such as pool, work out facility, restaurant and banquet facilities of any hotel in the area. Value and friendly staff make this a strong recommendation.”

• Location was good, restaurant staff was friendly and good with kids.
• The pool temperature was really cold.
