• The rooms and public spaces were nice.
• The hallways were not air conditioned and the staff was very unfriendly.

“This hotel advertised that the pool was open until 10 pm. Upon arrival we were spoken to very rudely by the manager on duty because we had children and we were told to keep them quiet. We were not informed until we had prepared the children and went to the pool that the pool is closed to children after 8 pm. The clerk on duty was extremely rude to us during our entire 2 night stay and we had booked 3 rooms for both nights.”

• Great South Dakota ambience. Friendly, helpful staff.
• There is no restaurant and it is located out of town.

“Hotel guests are greeted by friendly, efficient staff. The hotel is decorated as a South Dakota mountain lodge, and is about 2 miles outside of Keystone, offering a quieter, less hectic location. The accommodations are clean, and quiet, and included a small refrigerator and microwave. The continental breakfast was minimal. Checkout was fast and easy.”

• Clean hotel and the nicest staff we met on our trip.
• It would be nice to have non-plastic glasses/mugs in the rooms.
