- The staff was friendly and efficient, the location was super-convenient to the interstate, easy on and easy off.
- Complimentary breakfast eating area was small.

- They were able to get us another room at another hotel.
- They had a smoking room for us in which the last person smoked a cigar - I'm allergic to smoke.
