• Clean.
• Air conditioner was very loud and cooling was very poor.

“Good clean economy although saw as good or better motels and cheaper located closer to Roswell Food District.”

• My son enjoyed the pool.
• It was very noisy, run down looking, and the bed was hard.

• Indoor pool and hot tub was a major plus.
• The carpet in the room was in serious need of cleaning or replacing.

“The staff was very friendly and kind, we had fun in the indoor pool and hot tub, but the carpet was pretty bad in the room. It needs replacing. The bathroom was nice with cute folded washcloth's, and the breakfast was really good. One of the best prices in town which made it that much better of an experience.”

• Nothing at all!

“Filthy, staff unable to do anything about any of my concerns/complaints. Mattress pathetic, pillows pathetic, breakfast in the morning disgusting. Area of town is horrible. The motel 6 next door was in better shape than this place.”

• Was centrally located, indoor pool, cool, inexpensive.
• Had a lot of questionable characters hanging around.

“Good for one night stay. Could be more aware of people hanging around. Rear exit was in disrepair. Air conditioner worked well, could pay more attention to cleanliness of carpet.”

• It provided a good place to sleep for the night.
• The hotel was a bit noisy. It attracts a lot of construction workers who get up early and make a bit of noise.

• Both rooms, although not connected, had refrigerators and microwaves! That was nice and very convenient.
• The radio was set to go off at 6:30 AM and a very loud level.

“Counter-person was friendly. Although she did not put us in connecting rooms so we were disappointed about that; but, since it was just for one night - no big deal. The room seemed clean, but we sprayed it with Lysol anyway. Our room's AC had been turned on for Spring/Summer. The other room had not been and it was very hot. Nice, basic, fairly clean-looking hotel with microwave and refrigerator. We will probably stay there again. We have family in Roswell.”

• They quickly resolved a problem concerning the type of room I wanted.
• They did not initially have the type of room I wanted. Two beds, non smoking.

“Overall, we were very satisfied and felt like the value for the money was excellent. I realize the problem with not having a non-smoking room with 2 beds was not necessarily a Super 8 problem.”

• Air conditioner did not work -- it was over 100 degrees outside and it felt the same way inside.

• Friendly staff.
• Pool temp was too hot. My son got sick in the bathroom, and when I called for help all they did was send me up some disinfectant.

• The location was good.
• Bed was very uncomfortable and the ice machine had been broken for over 1 year.

“We had stayed at this hotel 2 times before but it seems to be going down as far as quality. We had paid for 2 nights but only spent 1 there because the bed was too uncomfortable. I do not plan to stay at this hotel anymore.”
