• Location was close to my meeting, however it was far from everything else.
• Game and exercise room was not functional. Most machines didn't work, mold in shower, ironing board broken.

“One star hotel, some amenities (exercise machines, game tables) broken, pool not heated but clean, mold in shower stall.”

• Nothing, I will never stay there again.
• Room, service, location, price.

“Arrived at hotel, nice check, went to room, 13 gun shots down the street, made it to room, room smelled, very old style bathroom, small bath tub, AC smelled. 12 cable channels. Called for wake up call in the morning, glad that I woke up, no wake up call came, very disappointed.”

• Pool was very clean.
• Carpet felt sticky, no maid service.

“The overall room was ok. We stayed 2 days and the maid service did not clean our room while we were there so we had to request more towels, coffee and empty our tiny trash can ourselves. The front desk guy did not check us in properly. The carpet felt sticky and my feet turned black when I walked on it w/o my slippers. We requested a king bed and we had to take 2 double beds.”

• Nice sized room very comfortable beds.
• The carpets were in need of a cleaning (but they were not that bad).

• Nothing, it was very dirty.
• Very dirty! I made me question how clean all Ramada Hotel were!

“This hotel needs to get it together. The staff is very unprofessional, the room was very dirty, we had to clean up, what looked like, off of the sink in the bathroom, one of the towels still had makeup on it, the list goes on and on, I have never been in a hotel this gross.”

• We had a problem with the air conditioner and the owner quickly helped us move to another room with a working unit.
• Over all I felt comfortable and well cared for.

“Very quick check-in, our only problem was quickly solved. The continental breakfast was filling.”

• Continental Breakfast.
• Room felt old and a bit tattered.

“Ease of Access from highway 70. Rooms feel old. AC/Heat unit had no thermostat, so the room became hot once the heat was turned on, but hard to regulate through the night. The room was relatively clean. The front desk personnel were fairly friendly and helpful. Probably will not stay at this location again, if I can help it.”

• The stay was only one night.
• It was filthy and the sink in the bathroom had no water pressure.

“Stay away. I would never, did I say never, stay here. Better to stay in the Wal-Mart parking lot. The bathrooms are cleaner at Wal-Mart. Did I mention never stay here, as in stay away from this place. I hope this is clear enough.”

• Absolutely nothing.
• The hotel did not live up to its star rating. It was not very clean.

“This hotel did not live up to its star rating and was not worth the money we paid. It was worn and in need of an update and not very clean. I have not had very good experiences with Ramada Inns anywhere and will not choose to stay there on my own.”

“The hotel is very old. It has 2 doors that access the rooms and they had you sign a theft wavier when you check in. The heater barley worked in the room. I would not recommend hotel to anyone.”

• Carpets soiled and spills on wall.

“I've stayed here off and on for the last eleven years. Affiliations have changed as have amenities but overall, it has remained about the same. Just a few upgrades and some elbow grease could make this back into a really nice place; quite, nice setting.”

• The young man at the desk was very friendly. A lot of the premium cable channels were available.
• The pool was closed, it was in the middle of nowhere, and the bed was despicably uncomfortable.

“The Ramada in Roswell is not the worst hotel I've ever paid for. That said, the bed was uncomfortable and the sheets were threadbare, the pool was closed, and there was absolutely nothing around. No restaurant, no bar, no gas station. To boot, Roswell is kind of a dump, so splurging on a hotel in this town might pay off.”

• Staff was very helpful and friendly.
• Did not like the air-conditioning set-up...

“We did have some issues (cleanliness and air conditioning) upon first checking in, but the new owner bent over backwards to make up for it. He was very accommodating and seemed very eager to make sure everything was acceptable. I think he is trying hard to bring the hotel up-to-speed after buying it in run-down condition. Location is far away from main drag.”

• Everything I needed was there. Good place to finish the day.
• Need more tables or seating in continental breakfast area.
