• The staff was great ,Krista at the front desk was very nice when we extended our stay and extra day.

• The room was very clean.
• No hot water. Ran out of breakfast food at 8:00 a.m.

“There wasn't any hot water when I went to take a shower. We went to eat breakfast and all that was left were two yogurts (no spoons!) and fresh fruit. That was our only option. I have stayed at La Quinta many times. The reason I choose to stay there was because breakfast was included. I will think twice about staying there again.”

• My room was very clean and the internet was easy to access for work.
• The breakfast time on Saturday a.m. started at 7 am, a little late since I needed to be on the road early.

• Convenient.
• Allowed children to run and play hide and seek in the hotel.

“Hotel stay was okay, however, they allowed the parents of soccer children to drink in the lobby while the children ran around the hotel slamming doors and tying up elevators.”

• They were very concerned about our comfort, if there was anything we wanted, etc.
• Nothing.

“This was a very nice hotel. They even offered to pay to have our items shipped that we had left in the closet at the hotel. All the people we dealt with were very friendly and helpful.”

• Very spacious rooms, comfortable beds and bedding, nice variety of food for breakfast.
• A little dirty on the back of the bathroom door.

• Hotel was booked when we wanted to return!

“We would gladly stay at this La Quinta again. The staff was friendly and check-in was extremely easy. The continental breakfast was outstanding and should be considered a full breakfast, not continental. Would surely recommend this La Quinta location.”

• Wonderful free breakfast and great housekeeping.
• There was no refrigerator in the room.

“La quinta inn & suites in pueblo is a great place to stay when visiting Puebloe for business or leisure. It is close to many restaurants and shopping, and just a short drive to the historic district and fair grounds. It must be one of the cleanest hotels in pueblo and the service is top notch.”

• The ladies behind the counter were very professional - big rating.
• The cleaning of our room.

“We had reservations for three nights. On the morning of the second day someone entered our room and placed the do not disturbed sign on the door and left two towels in a bag hanging on the doorknob. Our room was not clean, the bathtub looked dirty, and the tissue dispenser was broken and just placed on top of the counter.”

• The suite was actually a suite, not like another hotel I stayed in.
• Little pricey.

• Cleanliness of the room.
• Teenagers running up and down the hall.

“The hotel appeared to be in very good shape. Had a good stay. The last night there were some teens staying that kept running up and down the hallways. Some of the exercise equipment needed some minor repairs. The hotel staff was very friendly and polite.”
