There was a pool.
The clerk talked on cell phone while I tried to register and apologized to Joe for having to talk to me.
“This is a very run down Best Western and I am surprised they are able to carry the name. The staff was rude, the room was dirty and neglected. The food for the continental breakfast was stale. I was very disappointed.”

Nothing.
This was an old dumpy hotel.
“This was a horrible hotel. There were shirtless construction workers staring at me and my kids. It was dirty and uncomfortable. This was not a 2 star hotel.”
