• The maintenance man who was so helpful and kind.
• Very poorly managed. If some different people were incharge there, it might have a chance.

“My husband and I stayed at here the weekend before Christmas. There was only 1 pillow on the king size bed and it did not even have a pillowcase. The bathtub was absolutely horrific, worse than a public shower. The bathroom light was burnt out, along with 2 of the 3 lamps in the room. When I was finally able to reach the clerk (after several calls with no answer), she was extremely rude and acted as though it was an inconvenience to her. I asked to speak to a manager, and young girl came out and was even worse than the clerk. The maintenance man I ran into in the hallway was, however, very helpful. He immediately fixed the problems in the room without hesitation. The only one of the staff that I encountered that should be in the hospitality industry at all! I will never stay there again!”

• The TV worked but no remote.
• No creamer for the coffee in the lobby, Hotel was hell.

“Hotel next to train tracks; train comes at 2 am 3 am, and 4 am. I did not get any rest. No amenities, that is, no trash can in the room, no remote for the TV, no coffee pot in the room, and no refrigerator. Oh, the internet was not working either. No mattress pad on the bed. Try the other hotel near the mall.”

• Rebuilding from old hotel but now all new and nice.

• Liked how fast we could find a room somewhere else.
