• It was clean and the bed was comfortable.
• I was reminded upon checking in and checking out, I couldn't have a receipt and that no rewards credits applied.

“The hotel was in a good location, close to many restaurants and shopping. The guests were pleasant and seemed to be enjoying their stay.”

• Nothing.
• We didn't get of the accommodations that were reserved.

“We reserved a suite with a king size bed, microwave, refrigerator, etc., and non smoking. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived but were told we could have the same accommodations but with a queen size bed. We were given a regular room with two double beds and a smoking room. The manager did deduct $20.00 from our bill but we will not stay there again.”
