• It was clean and reasonable and convenient for my purpose of visit.
• Nothing really except for an odd smell in the room.

• My room at this hotel was very clean and the staff was very nice and helped me with any thing that I needed.

“I stayed at this Hotel for several weeks and if I go back to Colorado Springs I will stay at this hotel again. I like that it has inside access to the rooms and I had no problems at this hotel.”

• Soft pillows! Not the $5 firm cheapies.
• Beds ok but too hard. Softer beds would make this a 3 stars.

“Good basic rooms with lots of space, too-firm beds but nice soft pillows. Clean, good airport location, quiet, nice pool and hot tub.”

• Clean (except ants!), quiet rooms - could not here "neighbor" or people in halls - very important!
• A few ants in room; fitted sheet too small for bed - kept popping off while I slept.

“Quiet, clean, simple, close to many great hiking trails, parks, etc. for kids and adults. I wasn't overwhelmed by the continental breakfast (no yogurt, out of milk one morning, no fruit - mostly sweet rolls and doughnuts), but I thought the service was good, friendly and accommodations just fine for a kid-filled stay in the Colorado Springs area.”

• Free shuttle to airport with exercise room, pool, hot tub and free breakfast.
• No lounge or night restaurant on premise or in walking distance.

“Beds and pillows were not as comfy as I'm used to but normal for this type of hotel.”
