• Open room.
• Only 1 bed, pullout very uncomfortable, construction outside window 7am.

“Nice location, friendly staff, good breakfast, pull-out couch very uncomfortable mattress 2inches thick.”

• It was clean, breakfast very good, great location.
• The TV was way outdated. Sheets had soap or bleach in them, itchy to me.

“This was a get away for my husband and I and we really enjoyed the hotel. I was impressed with the breakfast. I love breakfast. I was most impressed with how clean it was. I would like to stay in summer with the kids and they could swim.”

• Friendly staff, great accommodations!

“The hotel is conveniently situated near the city center with easy access to major areas. Although it's a bit difficult to see from the street, you'll be glad you hunted out this little gem in Colorado Springs with great guest amenities, a friendly staff and cozy, comfortable rooms.”

• I really like the privacy.
• Room service was at odd times.

“Very good quality rooms, breakfast, etc. The little extras were really nice - example: popcorn, candy, big breakfast, etc.”

• No canopy over the entry to keep you out of the rain while you open the door.

• Very spacious rooms, very courteous staff.
• Pathetic Wi-Fi coverage.

“Spacious rooms on a busy street that can be noisy at times. WiFi coverage was always at 1-bar (very poor) or no bars, and my laptop works well everywhere else so it's not my equipment. I had to sit by the window in a chair, instead of the work desk by the kitchen, to get a signal at all. I was getting better reception from other Wi-Fi locations in the area than from the hotel. The frustration with the hotel's poor Wi-Fi, and resulting slow speeds on the internet, is why I gave an overall experience of 7 on the scale.”

• Kitchen with full-sized ref and oven and stove, comfortable bed.
• There was nothing that I did not like.

“I really liked this hotel. It is a great place for a long stay. It was good for my kids. The breakfast buffet was yummy. The bed was probably the most comfortable hotel bed I have slept on!”

• Complimentary full breakfast provided.
• One queen size bed, my daughter 15 year old daughter and I shared.

“Very clean and quiet, my daughter liked the popcorn provided in the room to pop up for a snack. The breakfast was delicious and an appreciated plus to have it included in the price of the room each day.”

• Hard to see the sign from the road.

• Great front desk.
• Room was awful, no remote, missing a phone.

“While checking in we were told we had a room that had just been remodeled. It and not and was in very poor condition. The room was missing a remote for the TV as well as a phone in the front room. They could not replace them until the next day. A construction worker also entered the room with a master key without knocking first.”
