• The staff was wonderful. They were all out going and made us feel at home!
• The room was great except the pull out couch was not working we needed a roller way.

“It was a easy in and out. Parked our car when we were gone. Shuttle was great, took the stress out of getting to the airport.”

“I've stayed at this hotel 5 times in the past and been able to leave my car there for over a week. The people at the Ramada would not change my room status or give me future credit. A refund is not available even when you can't make it to the hotel. I will never stay at a Ramada or any of its sister hotels. I work in the service industry in Vail and I would hope service in Vail CO never hits the lows that the Denver area Ramada showed me and my family.”

• Close to the airport, great front desk staff.

“My schedule was very messed up. The hotel staff let me check in several hours early so I could get some sleep. The shuttle was on time at 4 am, awesome and friendly service.”

• Comfortable room.
• Pool looked nasty.

“I really appreciated that someone from the hotel called our room after we had been there a little while, to ensure that we were happy with our room. Hotel was fine. Liked the shuttle, very handy. Pool was kind of ugly looking.”

• The location of the hotel was good and the staff was nice and very friendly.
• The bathroom toilet was plugged. The heated pool was cold, and the hot tub did not work.

“The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. Although, the toilet in the room was clogged so we had to use the restrooms in the lobby, We went to swim in the heated pool that Saturday night but were only to tolerate the temperature for 5 minutes as the water in the pool was freezing cold. We jumped over into the hot tub and come to find out it was broke and didnt work either. Also the air conditioner in the room was broke. We had it set at 60 degrees and it still felt like it was 100 in there.”

• No extra blankets.

• Everything worked. Internet worked perfectly. Refrigerator and microwave. Lots of space in room and bath area. Excellent.
• Hotel is set back from road. Needs sign on roadside. We missed it.
