• Comfortable room.
• Pool looked nasty.

“I really appreciated that someone from the hotel called our room after we had been there a little while, to ensure that we were happy with our room. Hotel was fine. Liked the shuttle, very handy. Pool was kind of ugly looking.”

• The location of the hotel was good and the staff was nice and very friendly.
• The bathroom toilet was plugged. The heated pool was cold, and the hot tub did not work.

“The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. Although, the toilet in the room was clogged so we had to use the restrooms in the lobby, We went to swim in the heated pool that Saturday night but were only to tolerate the temperature for 5 minutes as the water in the pool was freezing cold. We jumped over into the hot tub and come to find out it was broke and didnt work either. Also the air conditioner in the room was broke. We had it set at 60 degrees and it still felt like it was 100 in there.”

• Tons of Pillows!
• No extra blankets.

“Clean rooms, nice people, quiet and close to the airport. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.”

• Nothing was wrong with it.

“Micro fridge, extra space in the room, temperature control, general comfort & layout of the room, cleanliness, friendliness of staff, hotel location, everything was great & met our needs perfectly. A+!”

• Everything worked. Internet worked perfectly. Refrigerator and microwave. Lots of space in room and bath area. Excellent.
• Hotel is set back from road. Needs sign on roadside. We missed it.

“I was very impressed by the amenities offered at this hotel and will definitely seek out Ramada in the future. Great facilities. Room and bath area very spacious. Internet worked perfectly and fast. Refrigerator and microwave in room. Clean and accommodating.”

• Close to airport.
• People were not open with information about ground transportation to airport.

“I will stay there again in future. The only thing that could improve on, is when someone asks about ground transportation to airport, is to give full information, how to sign up etc.”

• It has a free shuttle to the airport.
• Staff & Management - really awful

“Stayed here on 6/14/05 one night to catch an early flight out the next AM. The hotel's location and appearance was OK. There are two restaurants within walking distance (Village Inn & Bennigans). What made it so bad were the staff --ALL the staff. When I called a few days ahead to confirm the 2 girls I spoke to on the phone sounded and acted about 12yrs old. When I asked if I could speak to a manager, one girl slammed the phone down abruptly with no reply, then eventually transfered me to the manager's voice mail. I left a message and number, but he never returned my call. Upon arriving, things only got worse. Three young girls at the front desk who ignored the customers and were only interested in each other's gossip. They didn't know if or when the manager would be in and could not tell me his last name. I would never stay at this hotel again. ”
