• It was clean and comfortable with a helpful staff.
• There is no restaurant on site; however, there is a dinner next door that remedied the situation.

“The Comfort Suites at DIA was very clean. From the lobby, to the hallways, to the room, everything was tidy and welcoming. In the room, there was a beautiful wardrobe that included a full sized ironing board and iron. The bathroom was very spacious and clean and the bed was absolutely delightful to sleep in. Additionally, the staff was very helpful in assisting me to download my e-ticket for my outgoing flight and in helping me to arrange a shuttle to the airport.”

• Rooms were very comfortable as well as living room area. Access to internet a plus.
• Room 2 doors down had screaming brat kids for an hour.

• Location is great; close to airport.
• Not enough parking available for number of rooms it has.

“Stayed here when I was picking up my spouse from airport very late at night and didn't want to drive home. When we arrived, all the parking spaces were taken and we had to park along street away from hotel. Room was nice, the king room we reserved also had a sitting area. Hotel is right next to highway so it's rather noisy.”

• The beds were extremely comfortable compared to other recent hotel stays.
• There is only 1 gas station within 4 miles in either possible direction.

“I got about what I expected. I wanted to be close to the airport so as to quickly and easily drop off the rental car and get to the gate. I was impressed with the bed comfort and I like places that offer a full complimentary breakfast buffet. The food however were average and the nearest (and only) gas station nearby was about 4 miles down the road.”

• Front desk staff was nice and knowledgeable.
• No pool and the hot tub were out of order.

“Room was adequate. We were only there for a few hours so it served our needs, but I would not choose it if one was going to be spending any time there. They also need to post their parking rules for travelers using an online booking service. To leave a vehicle you must contact them directly at least 1 week before departure. However, they did have access to a park-n-ride facility that worked out quite well.”

• Convenient shuttle service to the hotel.
• Even though I asked for non-smoking room, it stunk of cigarettes, it made my throat hurt.

“Room was nice (except the smell of cigarettes), shampoo & lotion bottles were simple and classy (I¿m in marketing), bed was comfortable...that's the extent of my stay.”

• Rude staff, room not what we ordered.

“The hotel room itself was comfortable and clean. The staff person I encountered was rude, I didn't get a non smoking king room that I prepaid for. Got a double queen, smelling like smoke, non smoking room instead.”

• Close to airport, clean, and comfortable.
• I was really looking forward to using the hot tub, that was one reason I booked this hotel, and it was out of order.

“Nice clean, quiet hotel. Close to restaurants, and store. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioner was a little noisy, and the spa was broken, but other than that it was nice.”
