• The bed and pillows were great!
• I wasn't there long enough to provide a "needs improvement" comment.

• Loud.

“Loud, noisy, and the staff didn't seem to mind a whole lot. I complained nothing happened. They apologized upon my leaving. That's it.”

• We needed help with oxygen tank we could not check at airport, they picked it up & kept it until our return. Shuttle to & from airport was great!
• Everything was perfect.

“Clean comfortable room, close to handicap parking making handling of luggage manageable. Staff was very helpful. The airline had said we could check a small portable oxygen tank, but when we got to the airport it was not acceptable as carry on or checked luggage. The hotel sent the shuttle driver who picked it up, took it back to the hotel and held it until our return 4 days later. This, being able to park our car at the hotel and shuttle to and from the hotel was exceptional service.”

• Free continental breakfast was very nice.
• The room was all bed with very little space otherwise. Hard to move around. There were hairs in the bathroom that didn't belong to us.

“The staff was friendly for the most part. The hotel was very old looking. The room was pretty small, and not very clean. The mysterious hairs found in the bathroom really, really freaked me out.”

• Fruit thru-out day, very nice accommodations.
• Breakfast ran out of food.

“Staff helpful, hotel clean, food good, bed is the only drawback the mattress extremely hard and low to the floor but the bedding was nice. Location good.”

• Excellent location, extremely friendly and accommodating staff.
• No comment - enjoyed stay.

“Hotel was great - staff was extremely helpful and accommodating in helping us with what we needed - early morning (4 am) breakfast and shuttle service to airport. Rooms were large with plenty of room and king beds.”

• Complimentary breakfast and pool.
• Rooms a little old.

“This was just a brief overnight stay for an event we attended near the airport. Close to airport, free shuttle and breakfast were all a plus. Price was great and it suited my needs well. I forgot my cell phone and a shuttle driver went to the room, and returned it to me at the airport. That was great service!”

• The deluxe continental breakfast was wonderful.
• The clerk handed us our card without telling us what room we were in or how to get there.

“For the price this property was fine. Unfortunately the hotel description did not adequately describe its' amenities such as the swimming pool and continental breakfast. Very poor customer service at the front counter. The clerk didn't smile, she handed us our card and started to help the next customer without telling us our room number or how to get to the room.”

• Location, breakfast, price, etc.
• Facility maintenance is start to slip. Tiles in the elevator and carpet in halls are dirty.

“This is a very nice hotel in an awesome location. However, they need to continue to maintain their hotel or it will turn into a dump like 75% of the other hotels in this price range.”

• Quiet and convenient to the airport. The breakfast was excellent.
• Long, confusing hallways.

• Broken room coffee pot (which I reported, and I¿m sure they will fix).

• The room itself was just fine.
• Practically non-working shuttle service to airport. This is an airport hotel.

“The Fairfield shuttle to airport was advertised as running every 20 minutes. I called for a shuttle from the airport at 9:10 pm the eve of Jan 11. They said they would be there in 20 minutes. No Fairfield shuttles came by for the next hour. It was 18 degrees outside as I waited. One hour later I ran back inside the airport and called again. Evidently my first message never got from front desk to shuttle driver. Front desk person said the two Fairfield shuttles were sitting outside! One should have been on the circuit. At 10:45 pm the shuttle finally showed up. A number of people got on. Reached Fairfield at 11 pm. Room was very cold but warmed up within an hour. I was very cold and exhausted! I would not stay at this hotel again if I needed shuttle service.”

• Breakfast buffet was awesome. Shuttle and parking service is a great.
• My room was on the end and it was a bit noisy.

• Walls were a little thin, no conditioner, and small work out room.

• Comfy bed and pillows, excellent customer service.
• Nothing, perhaps they could have oatmeal at breakfast.
