• The room was nice.
• Our car was stolen, and they didn't seem so worried about it.

“We took advantage of the "stay and fly" program that this hotel offers. We had an early morning flight from DIA, came down the night before, stayed in a rather lovely room, and caught the shuttle to the airport. A great plan, in theory. But our car was stolen during our trip. The folks at the desk were somewhat helpful, phoning the police and letting us borrow their phone. We've since learned that there is no security on the lot, no security cameras, and that cars are, in fact, stolen from time to time. The folks at La Quinta don't seem to mind this so much. We've learned our lesson. Next time, we'll sleep at home and park at US Airport Parking. It means getting up early, but we'll know that our car is parked somewhere secure. If the folks at the main desk had gone out of their way to help us, if folks there had returned my e-mails, if someone had seemed at least vaguely concerned that we lost our car. If you check in and stay and things go well, it's a fine hotel. We rather liked our room. If you check in and stay and things don't go so well, do not expect LaQuinta Inn to help you out.”

• We loved the French doors to the bathroom and the spa!
• Halls a little noisy but not a huge annoyance.

• Beautiful/clean hotel. Great breakfast and location.
• Person who checked us out. Would not give us a receipt. Only rude one there - rest great!

“Beautiful and very clean hotel, great staff (for most part - except person who was at front desk at checkout). Beautiful pool and workout room. Breakfast was delicious. I would certainly rate this hotel above a 2 star. ”

• Very attractive, fast van service to airport, clean, comfortable, relaxing, homey feel.
• I do not like their breakfast bar at all-bad coffee, no "real" half/half-lots of sugary cereals, nothing else to eat really.

“This is a newer hotel that is very attractive with good parking with well lit areas, nice lobby, friendly front desk and van driver, quick van service to airport, have a certain amount of free parking days while gone on a trip, comfortable rooms, very quiet, seemed clean enough and the beds are fairly comfortable but not spectacular. My only complaint is the breakfast bar-full of sugary cereal, fake cream for the bad coffee! I felt the airport coffee place had much better coffee and at least interesting bagels. It was much better!”

“I asked for non smoking room but was told all that was available when I checked in was smoking. They did their best to deodorize the room but the smell was potent!”

• It offered a continental breakfast, the bathroom was very nice and it was soundproof.
• The bedspread had a big rip in it and it made the room seem cheap or unkept.

• Unfortunately they had no non-smoking rooms and the smell in the smoking room was awful.

• Restaurant across the street & FREE breakfast!
• I wanted to leave my car there & take the shuttle to the airport - I needed reservations for parking and I didn't know this!

“Please add to website if you have to reserve parking to go to the airport.”

• Clean and well-fitted.
• Poor Airport Shuttle Service.

“Everything about the hotel was fine with the exception of the airport "shuttle" service. We arrived late at night and could not get the shuttle to pick us up for over one hour. It is supposed to run every 30 minutes at that time. We made repeated calls using the phone at the airport and sometimes our calls went unanswered. When we did get to a person we were told repeatedly that the shuttle was just leaving and it would take 15 minutes. This was a blatant lie. When we finally hitched a ride on a competing hotel's shuttle (the driver had already circulated twice while we waited!) we found that the La Quinta shuttle still had not left. The front desk was powerless to remedy our situation or compensate us for our trouble.”

“Perfect location for air travelers! Very clean hotel inside and out. Free breakfast was impressive with it's variety of foods to choose from, including waffles and omelet's. Food was very good. Only con about this hotel was the attitude of the staff.”

• Location. Ideal for overnight prior to early AM departure from DIA.
• Nothing. For what we needed it was ideal.

“Clean, quiet comfortable with decent amenities. We had a 7:35 am departure from DIA and needed a place to stay that was close. This hotel, for the price, was an excellent choice. There's not much to do nearby and it's a haul to Denver attractions, but for a stay near the airport it was all we needed.”

“Would be great if they provided free parking for travelers, take shuttle over to airport. We did not get that free parking. Said they might have space for our car, but it would be $5 a day. Other hotels in this area provide free parking in our experience.”

• Beautiful decorating and layout of room plus wonderful FREE breakfast!
• Needed an extra chair or two outside while waiting for the airport shuttle.

“If you are looking for beauty and convenience at a reasonable price, this is your best buy! The rooms are gorgeous and clean, the view is spectaclular and the free breakfast is the best (especially the Belgian Waffles).”

• Very clean and well kept
• No non-smoking rooms left when we got there

“ WHen we got to the hotel there were only smoking rooms left and all the other hotels around the airport were full so we had to take the smoking room. It was awful, my clothes smelled like smoke and even the sheets and blankets smelled like smoke. Not a fun night.”
