• Beds and bedding were wonderful. Restaurant great. Wonderful, polite and helpful staff.
• Construction work on floor leading to pool/spa area; lots of stuff in hallway to walk around.

“The room was very clean and with great beds. The internet hookup and HD TV were great as well. It was also quiet and the room heating/cooling worked well. The breakfast buffet was outstanding and staff were polite and helpful. The location is great as a number of restaurants are in walking distance. We will definitely stay at the Marriott Denver Airport again.”

• Good location to the airport.
• Poor television choices.

“The hotel was nice. The TV choices were limited and I was hoping to watch Hockey which I could not do. The room was very nice. The hotel overall definitely met my expectations and was a great bargain.”

• The large room and cleanliness along with polite staff.
• The price of the breakfast.

• Room had just been remodeled and was outstanding.
• The led on the alarm clock was far too bright.

“This was a really nice hotel to spend a night at near the Denver airport. It was close enough for easy convenience and far enough away to be quiet. There were decent restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel was in the midst of a remodeling effort; the floor where we stayed was already complete. Remodeling work was scheduled during the daytime hours had the hotel did an excellent job of keeping the inconvenience to a minimum.”

• Renovations were great. Breakfast buffet was excellent.
• The analog reception did not match new digital TV's.

“The Marriott Gateway has done an admirable job of renovating their rooms. They are beautiful and innovative. The rooms have large LCD HDTV screens. However, the service is still analog so the picture is pretty fuzzy. I have been told that they are switching to Digital soon. The wireless internet is effortless and the room is extremely comfortable. Shuttle service is efficient. The breakfast buffet is worth every penny of the 12.00 fee. Fresh fruit, made to order omelets and tons of other things. Top notch service, comfort and quality.”

• The manager and staff were really helpful.
• The hotel was in the midst of renovation, however most of it was out of sight.

“Lovely hotel and good staff. Dining room menu was not great, but certainly the food was well prepared. The rooms were comfortable and quiet with great beds.”

“The proximity to the Denver Airport but also to restaurants and shopping was perfect. They have a very convenient shuttle to the airport and quiet, comfortable rooms.”

• Parking full on check in, water turned off 10p.m.-4a.m.

“I thought it would have been nice to have a parking space at motel when we got there. I also expect them to supply drinking water to people when they turn off water because of there construction. We had to pay for some.”

• A little further from airport then I would have liked, but no big deal.

“This hotel is perfect for overnight at DIA. The rooms have been completely updated and the beds were VERY comfortable!”

• Medium, nothing marvelous or outstanding. Simple.
• Nobody help with my bags, no friendly staff, rooms are not clean enough.

“Little, not sufficient for a hotel near the airport (15 minutes). It is convenient just for sleeping, do not expect anything else. Even internet was poor.”

• The hotel was incredibly clean and very comfortable.
• The restaurant was a tad bit expensive, but the food was excellent.

“Although they said they were renovating, the hotel was incredibly clean and comfortable. The rooms were nicely decorated (as was the rest of the hotel), and I felt like I got the room for an incredible price. The front desk people were very courteous and helpful with any and all questions.”

• Great pool, friendly front desk clerk.
• Dishes all over the hallways, shoe under bed in room (not ours).

“Nice hotel undergoing renovations. Nice bedding, friendly staff, great pool. That said, the wake up call service did not get reset to daylight savings time (so I got called an hour late, bad news for an airport hotel). Also found somebody else's shoe next to one of the beds. Halls could've used vacuuming and room service pickups (stray glassware everywhere).”
