• We loved the slide in the pool area.
• Breakfast area was small and crowded. But food was great.

“We really enjoyed our stay. The slide and pool was fun for the whole family. The waffles and breakfast were beyond what we'd expect for the hotel price. We would definitely stay there again.”

• The water slide was a big hit with the kids, and the free breakfast was with the adults. The waffles were absolutely wonderful!
• Bathroom had only a shower which was difficult with the smaller children.

“I was very pleased with this hotel. The water slide was a great hit with the kids (I only wish it would have been open a little later). The free breakfast was also a hit with their absolutely wonderful waffles! I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone who has children.”

• Our child loved the pool.
• Really small room.

“The AC did not work, but thank goodness the window opened up to cool off the room. And there was food left in the room. And the fact the hotel makes you sign a form agreeing to the rate, but yet the hotel does not know what the rate is. Not good.”

• Very clean, modern, and right off interstate.
• Their indoor pool was actually next door at another hotel.

“The rooms were clean and the hotel was easy to get to and surrounded by shopping and dining. The waterslide pool was actually next door at another hotel.”

• Large shower, soft comfortable linens and beds.
• Limited clothing storage, bath floor tiles are wall tiles and very slick no screen on ground floor window.

“Overall, a nice place to plant for a night. We stayed for just under a week and it was kind of small after a couple nights. Also, the wall tiles installed on the bathroom floor concerned me when wet.”

• Bed with good mattress, Clean, good location for us.
• Orange juice always warm, not able to communicate with those working there when needing towels etc.

“Good overall value and easy to find. Pool was not in the building, but in the Comfort Inn next door. I asked them at the desk to check out the orange juice dispenser since the juice was very warm every day and nothing happened. When 2 people are in a room, could use more than 3 towels and more towel racks to hang them on. Otherwise good!”

• Lots of people around, so felt safe traveling with child alone.
• No lamps in rooms! Glaring overhead fluorescents.

“All amenities were tied to the hotel next door (pool, restaurant, nice lobby) and seemed as if this was the ugly cousin with the cheap rooms. Please get lamps to cozy up the rooms, otherwise for a quick 7 hour sleep before leaving again the next day, it was great!”

• The bad overshadowed any good.
• Management did not care or offer an acceptable explanation.

“I cannot say anything good at this point. We left for a short time and left the do not disturb sign on the door. The maids came in and stripped the bed and took all of our towels anyway. When we complained to manager, she did not offer an acceptable excuse and did not even say that she would speak with the cleaning staff about the problem. We left 2 hrs before check-out time and returned over 1 hr before. The staff did not follow the routine that the manager stated and the manager could just say it was a miscommunication. Not acceptable!”

• Very well kept. Great breakfast and the time slot given were good.
• Sunday morning several of us wanted waffles. We were simply told there are no waffles today. It was disappointing. Breakfast is a real benefit.

“It was very easy to get to. Great location with many restaurants, a mall, and movie theatre all right there within a 1-5 mile radius. It was nice to be able to bring our pet. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone.”

• Nothing wrong.

“The room was clean and efficient. The hotel staff was friendly. We didn't get a chance to use or see the pool. The price was fair and the room matched the price. Breakfast was fine, make your own waffles were the only hot food item but it was well stocked.”

• The air conditioning didn't work in our room.

“This hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly. The rooms were nice for what we needed a two night stay over. Breakfast was good. The pool is actually at the hotel next door. Our kids didn't get to swim because the water was brown! Not to mention the pool is about the size of my bathtub. Our air conditioning shorted out so we had to be transferred to another room in the middle of the night, which stuff like that happens, but it separated our family from the other travelers we were with. Overall, though the hotel was a good and a good place to stay. If you have kids who want to swim in Colorado though, I would spend more to stay at a hotel with a bigger and nice swim area.”

• I liked that they had a water slide for the kids.
• I wish the pool was actually in our hotel and we didn't have to cross over to another hotel to get to the pool.

“The rooms were clean. The staff was very nice. It was a nice little hotel for a couple day stay. The pool is just not conveniently located in the hotel.”

• I was impressed with the facility from arrival to departure. I would recommend it to others and stay here again.
• The light in the bathroom was intermittent. It seems that a ground wire was not working properly. The faulty condition affected the hair dryer and show.

“For a 1 star hotel it exceeded our expectations. The rooms were very clean and quiet.”

• Had language barrier with one of the associates.

“My kids had a great time at the pool with the waterslide! It was a great time had by all of us. The staff was friendly for the most part, and the rooms were clean for the most part. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with kids. They will love it!”
